I rented a nice Toyota for 4 days In February 2024. The pickup and return thankfully was flexible and I arranged it to be at the airport.

The staff waited an hour for me without any complaints (please tip well!) upon my arrival, and also was punctual when I returned the car. No problems at all.

The car was in great condition, and also comes with USB ports (type A) and an Aux for audio input. The boot was huge and could fit 2 large size suitcases. I appreciated the fact that it came with full tank of petrol, which means that I didn’t have to search for a petrol station immediately after landing

It would be nice if the company provided a phone holder so you can navigate easily. Also, be careful when reversing because my car did not have a rear sensor. Overall 5 stars and I will use this company again.

Awesome service from pick up to drop off. They brought the car to the airport after almost 4 weeks we dropped off the car at the airport parking. The car was almost new, very clean. Definitely would recommend.

Easy to rent a car here. No deposit required. You need only 3 things for car rental: driver livense, passport and credit card.
Cars are quite expensive. 1400baht for one day for toyota. If you need a child seat the price is 200baht per day. Thats a lot comparing to car price.
Overall services are good, but quite expensive.

Awesome service :) I and My wife went to Phuket for holidays. And rented a car for 17 days. We contacted them through WhatsApp and the communication was so easy. The car was already ready in the airport, so it made our trip easier than we imagined. The staffs were so friendly and polite. The car was clean and new. Toto waited for us at the airport and he explained to us thoroughly on the car and what to expect when driving in Phuket. Polite person and the car is in great condition albeit the mileage being 100k. It’s an old honda city but my parents who sat behind felt comfortable. The return process was easy too. Will rent car again with them for my next trip to Phuket! Good service keep it up.

A seamless experience of renting the Toyota Vious from Pure car rent during our visit to Phuket and subsequently taking the car to Koh Phangan . Car was very well maintained and they did not keep any original passport or credit card with them . Suggest to pay advance via credit card and show your original passport, credit card and valid license for hassle free experience. Would surely recommend Pure care rental for their services 👍

The car was clean and handled perfectly. Aircon was super cold and engine was powerful enough to drive around, and up and down slopes. Staff sent me a reminder by WA one day before on where to meet. Vehicle was in multi storey carpark opposite international arrival/departure. Very convenient. Return was fuss free and everything was good. Highly recommended!

It’s my first time renting a car Phuket so i did my research and chanced upon Pure Car Rental. Read the reviews and contacted them via email. Made a reservation and deposited 2000 baht. Balance to be paid upon collection. Replies via email was really fast and all information was given. We paid less than 5000 baht for 4 days rental + full insurance. 1 day before arrival, they contacted me via whatsapp to inform where is the pick up point. Shout out to their staff, Toto. He was extremely nice and patiently waited for us. He was very welcoming too. The car is parked at the airport carpark so you’ll have to pay for parking when you exit.

Collection process took about 10mins. Take as much pictures as you wish. We got a 2017 Vios and it was perfect. Interior was clean and well maintained. I was worried that we’d get a sketchy old car but we didn’t encounter any problems! Great handling and had enough power for the hills. Returning the car was even a faster process. Their staff was already waiting for us. Prepared a trolley for our luggages, did the usual check and that’s it. We informed them that we were going to be late but they didn’t charge us any extra. Called them while in Thailand to book a car, hadn't planned on renting a car but our villa was far out. They sent me a link to make an initial deposit payment through their website and I was nervous to do that having not been to the shop in person, but trusted them because they had good reviews. Was right to trust them, their service was great. Car was delivered next day, on time, staff were great. I decided to rent a car on short notice for the next morning. They were amazingly nice and communicative, we just chatted on WhatsApp and made the booking. The car was great, the total price cheap and I could drop it off at the airport instead. Further I forgot to put gas so I just paid the equivalent in Baht at the airport. Best in town! Good and cheap bikes, perfect helmets. They provide all the information needed to drive a scooter in Phuket. You need to leave you passport there as a guarantee, but they are 100% correct. Highly recommend them!

Great and reliable company at very affordable prices. Loved the excellent service from their staff. Upon arrival at the airport, staff was waiting and within minutes we were on the go. We booked for 9 days but because of a trip to other islands we asked if we could return the car earlier.
