This is a scam. If you want to hike a volcano or do any other activities, just ask your hotel for a shuttle to the volcano/activity or find a ride and pay the volcano tour guides at that location directly. The volcano tour only actually cost like $10 so you pay $100+ per person just for a ride there. it’s not even this company that hikes the mountain with you. It’s an over priced Uber and they’re rude. We paid for 5 people and only 2 even made it and they wouldn’t give us a refund even though they never told us it was non-refundable. Would never use them again.
