Great hotel! It's not the fanciest or newest but it has history since it was the first hotel after the civil war. The prices are reasonable. The last time I was there the restaurant was close they should improve that but overall was a great experience. The location is great even though Mogadishu as a whole has problems with safety. You never know if you leave the hotel that you are coming back especially with the bombings and the corrupt police and the people in general. You can't unfortunately trust anyone in Xamar with the thief's as well.
