I've been a guest at Hotel Maansoor in Berbera for ten months. As a German,I am aware that a different standart can be found here than in Europe.
I feel very comfortable in the Maansoor, the staff in the restaurant is friendly and accommodating. The staff in the reception are very friendly and willing to help at any time. The employee Naasir in particular always been a great help to me.
The room service was not always satisfactory.
Overall,I felt at home at the Maansoor,I thank this great team and look forward to the next visit.
