I received an incredibly positive, professional and customer centred service from Flyway Travel based in Hargeisa. The staff went above and beyond and provided tickets that not only fitted my criteria but also assisted in selecting the best possible seats so I had a lovely journey to and from Hargeisa, including my overnight stay in Addis. I had tickets sent to me both by email and WhatsApp for convenience.
