Their service is really good and they can be trusted. It's the best bank in town. They ATMs in every branch so makes it easier to get money from your master card. They provide loaning for the employees of Dahabshiil only and you can buy your future house from them. They sell good cars as well.

Dahabshil bank and somtel telecomination is company that provides many services.
Dadabshil was workin in somaliland 30 above also recently years added telecominacation and internet supplier.
Dahabshil group provides good service:, becouse im one of his customer bank and telecominaction.

Absolutely useless branch !

I went to open a account in the morning and had all the documents needed. I filled in the application form and was told to come back the next day. The following morning there was no update on the account opening and was told that they person “ Khalid” who opens the accounts did not show up to work. I then returned in the afternoon after Asr salah and was told he was still not there and they would call him to see if he was coming in. After a half hour wait he decides to show up and then had me waiting saying he would open the account now. So there was no update on my application to open a account for over 36 hours it was sitting in the same place where he left it the day before. I then proceeded to wait patiently for another half hour and whilst I was waiting he then started to busy himself with other tasks and kept reassuring me that he will open the account now. 10 minutes before closing he decided to tell me to return the next day for an account opening that would take a half hour max to complete. I was so frustrated by this , this man Khalid wasted so much of my time which I will not get back for a simple account opening. I then told him to return me my documents and left with no account being opened at that branch.

Absolutely terrible experience , Very poor Customer Service.
