Really impressed by this store. Great friendly service. Ordered online, 15 minutes later it was ready to pick up. Within 3 minutes of arriving to the store, I had a new washing machine loaded into my car and paid.

Well, was on a hunt for a vacuum....
Usually the guys that approach you in store have wealth of product knowledge to the tune of reading the packaging ...
Not the young lad that spoke to us...

He could compare and advise on various types and models of vacuums. He checked and if he wasn't sure looked on website. Wow! Shame I don't know his name to thank him.

I was in this store first time, picking up my Harman/Kardon boom box, half store was ander renovation, but all personal was very helpful. My order was ready for me, so I can recommend this Nay Electro Dom to everyone.

Very nice staff in this NAY store, they are not overly friendly to try to get you to pay something like some stores which is great as you can have a nice look round to find the right thing you want to pay.
