The agency recruiting process might look a bit long but it is to ensure they find the best job for you and they make sure as well that you are the perfect match for the job. They provided me with a very nice studio flat free of charges, with 1 cleaning day per week where they change your bed sheets and replace your shower and kitchen towels. They found me a job in a very “human” company where they respect the human rights and the social environment there is great. It’s amazing to be in a place with more than 100 nationalities promoting the absence of discrimination. Had a really good on-boarding process, we had meetings with people from the local town showing us activities and the lifestyle in Sweden. The first week was all about training, online courses and presentations about health and safety, preparing you 100% for what’s coming up next. (The days of courses are payed as well)
