I found the place through Google Maps and it didn't disappoint. We didn't have an appointment and even though they were clearly busy they allowed my daughter for a walk in. She got a cute haircut for an affordable price and if it matters to you she also speaks English. In addition, I had left home forgetting to bring any cash with me. I only had my phone on me. I've been living in nearly cashless Kazakhstan for the past three years and haven't gotten used to places here expecting me to have cash on me. It seems so weird and old fashioned. Anyway, she trusted me to pay her later. I don't have a European bank account set up yet so I couldn't simply transfer money, I had to walk home, grab cash, and walk back. I appreciated the trust she put in me.

Small barber / hairdresser salon (2 seats). If a lady comes in, it may take a while. Mens cut takes about 15-20mins. One of the lady speaks good English.
