Ordered a light bearing AIWB holster a few months ago. Unfortunately the holster had 0 retention. The exact make and model firearm with the exact weapon light the holster was made for was only held in by gravity alone, meaning the holster was essentially useless as there was no way to safely keep the firearm in it. Furthermore, the location of the holster claw was absurd to the point where it served no purpose since it doesn't interface with a gun belt at all (I could put an entire finger between the belt and the claw) which in turn severely reduced the concealability of the holster. Contacted the customer support and they answered pretty fast and offered to ship me screws to fix the retention issue. Still the concealability problem cannot be fixed because of how the belt claw is positioned (would require remolding the kydex).

Good customer support, bad quality control and design issues. Customers shouldn't receive products that do not function out of the box and require extensive modification.

Ich habe bei EvoKydex ein Holster für meine Glock 43x bestellt. Leider war das Holster schlampig gearbeitet. Es wurde vergessen den Bereich des Abzugbügels zu bearbeiten, sodass keine Retention und keine Arretierung gegeben war. Ich musste es nachbearbeiten. Auf meine diesbezügliche Nachricht habe ich von EvoKydex keine Antwort erhalten.

I ordered a holster for my Glock 43x from EvoKydex. Unfortunately the holster was poorly made. It was forgotten to machine the area of ​​the trigger guard so that there was no retention and no locking. I had to rework it. I have not received a reply from EvoKydex to my message in this regard.

Objednal som si puzdro na môj Glock 43x z EvoKydex. Bohužiaľ puzdro bolo zle vyrobené. Zabudlo sa opracovať oblasť lučíka tak, aby nedochádzalo k zadržiavaniu a blokovaniu. Musel som to prerobiť. Od spoločnosti EvoKydex som nedostal odpoveď na moju správu v tejto súvislosti.

Komunikacia nula bodov ani po opakovaných výzvach nekomunikuju. A po prečítaní recenzii som rad, že som u nich nič neobjednal zvlašť v dobe kedy rovnaky produkt ale kvalitny ponuka XY dalších firiem v regione strednej europy. Týto ludia za prve nevedia čo robia a za druhé nevedia podnikať a správať sa k zákaznikovi. Velke minus za mna

Rozhodně nedoporučuji. Objednal sem apendixové pouzdro na CZ P10C a nejenže jsem na pouzdro čekal měsíc, ale došlo pouzdro, které sice sedí na zbraň, ale zbraň v něm vůbec nedrží a sedí úplně volně, má třeba půl centimetru vůle dopředu dozadu. I prázdná zbraň bez zásobníku z pouzdra naprosto samovolně vypadne pokud pouzdro otočím. Určitě bych takovému pouzdru nevěřil a je podle mého názoru nejen mizerně vyrobené, ale dokonce životu nebezpečné. Během posledních deseti dnů jsem se pokoušel obchod opakovaně kontaktovat a žádat o nápravu, ale nedostal sem žádnou odpověď.
