Bella Restaurant & Penzion

This restaurant is a gem. Rarely have I had such great food for such a reasonable price. We stayed for two nights and had dinner twice. Staff very friendly and attentive!

This little gem of excellence has been around for a while now, and my review is long due, since I keep coming here back on a regular basis. I was prompted to write my words after eating the pictures creation (goose liver on pear with batata chips), which was both local and original as well as perfectly cooked (incl. the chips). The place is over the local price level but certainly in line with the dishes offered. A place to eat in, if you are in town!

Remarkably friendly, welcoming and efficient service from the two young Hungarian gentlemen who served as the waiters during the lunch service on 4 July 2019. The food was excellent and very affordable: I paid under 15 euros for three courses, a soft drink, mineral water and a lovely coffee. I will happily recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Komárom.

Our original booking had to be moved and luckily Bella had a room for the night! The room was spacious and the air con was a big relief after a day out in the summer sun.

The restaurant was also very good. We had dinner and breakfast there. We ordered the 200g steak, cooked wonderfully pink, and 200g of the frogs legs. The frogs legs were good, though I was unsure about the huge salad it was sitting on.

Breakfast was from a menu and I got the "sweet plate", which included muesli, yoghurt, jam, and some delicious brioche.

The service was efficient. Was never sure if the waiter was really nice or slightly patronising! Either way, we enjoyed his service.

Very. Nice small restaurant. Tasty food. Sauce for my stake was unusual good :-). Hat off for chef. Not cheap but same time not expensive. Highly recommended.

The rib and salmon were really amazing, and pumpkin soup and garlic soup also tasty. We have very nice dinner here. Their service is awesome

Beautiful restaurant in the center. The staff is friendly, they speak English and the location is great. We stopped for a beer and coke in the terrace.
