I bought an engagement ring (💍 white gold and diamond) there. And I can tell that I had a very pleasant experience with the staff that works there . Long story short, the ring wasn't a perfect fit(my mistake) , it needed adjustment and there were absolutely no problems with MOTIVO, even though we live in Ireland. They give us guidelines on how to get correct measurements, we sent it back by mail courier and received it back in approximately 2 weeks , fixed and fitting on my fiance's finger.
During those 2 weeks we were in constant contact and found out that they are not just selling and fixing jewelry, but that they are crafting and manufacturing custom jewelry. Definitely would recommend, can't actually remember when I had such a good shopping experience and even when the product wasn't fitting and with no additional charges or fees. I wish them all the best in further business development.

Mám doma viacero šperkov z klenotníctva, vrátane obrúčok. Vždy veľmi milý prístup na predajni a kvalitné šperky. Určite odporúčam.

Skvelo nastrelená náušnica ❤ som veľmi spokojná a taktiež aj milý prístup 🥰 pani si pred nastrelovaním umyla ruky a dezinfikovala ucho (hygiena splnená) - určite odporúčam a dávam určite 10/10

Maximálna spokojnosť. Veľmi milý a profesionálny prístup. Poradili a aj po otváracej dobe sa nám venovali na 100% a vôbec sme nemali pocit, že otravujeme.
