I was skeptical reading everyone sending in it’s a scam they don’t send, no tracking. I am so so happy I ordered thru shooos. I actually looked address up on Google maps store was there with shooos sign. I then logged out and looked up shopping strip they were in. Nothing to do with shooos company I then hit the arrow cause I know where store was and there it was again shooos was there. I ordered I received a tracking shipped DHL it arrived within 5-6 days I was gonna order thru other way way more expensive you all know who I’m talking about converse leather platform for my wife. Perfect condition and definitely lnot a scam. This place it good to go. High speed low drag.

Bought my shoes online and was highkey scared the site would be a scam and read reviews on third party websites saying they don’t refund and there were transaction issues but if you just read the info correctly and purchase the right size/ research bf purchasing it’s all g. Got my package within a week and as described and shoes were authentic

I needed Birkenstock women Arizona sandals. Although I didn't believe the page was legit, they were the only ones that had the number, so I ordered. Sandals came fast, they are looking great and the box was intact. Actually a good deal!

Love my boots! Couldn’t find these anywhere else. Received updates on the tracking and knew when they were arriving.

I ordered trainers adidas continental 80. Product was consistent with photos and description. Unfortunately seam under the tongue was uncomfortable for me. I decided to make return and I sent back the package. I had written 3 e-mails before I got an answer that they accepted my return. I was waiting around 2 weeks and the company transferd the money for my bank account I wrote down in the return form. Although shoes were not suitable for me I am satisfied with customer service.

My only complaint is that they have forgot to send the tracking email, but when I became curious and called customer support about where that email could be, I did not have to queue and got my tracking email quickly through kind support staff. The mistake is a mistake, but it was handled beautifully! Still a five star.
