Very neat architecture and we loved researching some of the history behind the building. Was a short walk out of the old town where many other tourists were but it was good to see something cool outside that area as well.

Despite being inserted by The Telegraph in a list of 30 ugliest buildings in the world, in 2017 it was declared a Cultural Heritage monument in Slovakia. It houses a concert hall with one of the largest organs in the country. I personally find it a very interesting building: I couldn't get inside because you need either concert tickets or a special permission.

Hot spot in Slovakia. It's unconventional shape of building. You have to see it!

Interesting peace of arhitekture. Spand a few minutes when you are in Bratislava to see it. You can't enter because it is still center of their tv. It's definitely monument of arhitekture, building of iron and concrete, and upside-down piramid will stand there for long time.

It's a beautiful and well-preserved building. I recommend guided tours. You will get to interesting places in the interior and hear about history.

Over 4000 years ago humanity figured out how to build pyramids. These engineers didn't care. I had a great time laughing in front of that building. 5 stars.

It's a unique architecture piece, you must see the pyramid that is upside down. They not just give us a lot of quality radio station, they also make a lot of events that the public can visit, a lot of concerts for free most of the time. You should check out not just the building but also the events;)

It is shaped like an upside down pyramid. Architects of this project were Štefan Svetko, Štefan Ďurkovič and Barnabáš Kissling and it was completed in 1983. The project began in 1967. The building is 80 metres high and has a 522-seat concert hall with a large concert organ. The first test broadcast was made in 1984 and regular broadcasting began on 27 March 1985. The building was included in a list of the 30 ugliest buildings in the world, but has been defended by Slovak architects.

Soviet architecture complete with no clear entrance! Strikingly beautiful inverted pyramid. Do not leave Bratislava without walking it's perimeter. 10 mins walk from centrum

Building of slovak radio which looks like inverted pyramid. Concerts throughout the year inside and terrace outside offering drinks, food, concerts and summer movie screening. Before christmas there is a small christmas market under the pyramid.
