A small and peaceful museum which allows for quiet reflection. Clearly labelled with all exhibits clearly explained with both Slovak and English text. Well worth a visit to better understand the history and lived experiences of Jewish Culture in Slovakia and the wider region.

Fascinating museum with very well presented displays. This museum is interesting to people who want to know more about minorities in Slavic Europe, and also explains the traditions of Jews in general.
There is also information about specific Jewish Slovak individuals including sporting celebrities and cultural figures.
There is information about the Holocaust, but this is not the overall focus of this well presented museum.

Such an important site that reflects the tragic destiny of most European Jews. Thank you so much Aneta for the comprehensive guided tour. I recommend visiting this site for every tourist in Slovakia

Really good Museum to get to know Jewish culture and Jewish community in Slowakia more. The people working there were open to all my questions. As a student I only paid 2€. Highly recommended!
