Very nice place. Excellent for business travelers. Great location close to Bratislava airport, Avion shopping center, and close to the motorway. Hotel has gated parking. Nice rooms. Bar and restaurant with tasty food offering daily specials. Especially need to mention the great service and friendly restaurant staff Dominika and Nina.

I visit the hotel often. I go to BA on business trips. I like it here. Hotel service is great! The breakfast is of a high standard and a wide selection of food. They also cook great here. the price and performance are great. I recommend for short and long-term accommodation.

Best stay experience room and staffs are so nice the balcony view was awesome.its really nice to watch the sky and lights.reasonable price for everyone with best offer.

missed a mini fridge in the room for cooling my drinks, but otherwise nice and clean and very comfy,service was great, girls in the front desk were very nice, breakfast tasteful and full of options

Its not my first stay in Vienna House Hotel and deffinitely not the last. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Always I feel comfortable during my stay from check in till check out. The only thing wich I dont like is the parking fee 7euro per day. It could be cheaper but it is still acceptable. There is a professional and very friendly staff but now during my last stay the recepcionist which checked me in and out was simply amazing, never met anyone wich such a attitude, there was so much possitive energy coming out of her. I make my living from traveling so I stay in many hotels around the world but I never met such amazing person as she is. So there is a thank you for the whole hotel and team and one special big thank you for her. I dont know what is her name because I would write special review on her as well but I hope management of the hotel will find out who it is and will reward her.

Good access to hotel in Bratislava, own parking space with sensible pricing. Nice functional rooms, large TV :-), breakfast included with very good quality. On top of that friendly personal, good airconditioning.
There are always also small negatives - like non functioning LED light above the deesk in the room, missing kettle and coffee with sugar in one of the rooms (we had two separate rooms, it was in one but missing in the other, though they were supposedly identical rooms with same price ..).
Anyway, overall it was very good and became one of our favorite hotesl in Bratislava.

Everything was okay. The room was spacious enough for us. Actually, we had 2 of them with the doors between the room inside. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean. The hotel is quite remote but it is located within the walking distance to the shopping mall.

Actually, I am not advertising this hotel, but the reality was above my expectancy. The prices are relatively cheap, and the service is good. A big variety of food with good taste. Rooms are spacious enough, besides they have a kind of original toilet, I have never seen such a bathroom before. I highly recommend this hotel for those who want to stay in Bratislava. Good luck!

Staff were awesome. Great location close to to the mall and the airport. You can catch the bus from really close. Their breakfast is great and they have quite a few options for a small hotel. Everything was super clean and comfortable.

What I was most impressed with is the staff, they were so friendly and helpful and genuinely seemed like they cared.

What impressed me most is the environment-friendly attitude of the hotel. Keep up the good work! It's so satisfying to receive your early breakfast in a paper bag. Also, to give presents to children is a great gesture. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very satisfied with the staff and the hotel it self very clean and lovely rooms. The staff have prepared for me and my daughter breakfast at 4 am in the morning as i was checking out at that time that was very lovely of them, they prepared taxi as well, all i can say is that i was very satisfied wit the staff and the hotel lovely to stay. Next time i will visit Bratislava i will be very happy to come back.

his is the second Vienna House hotel I stay at and again I am baffled at what you get for your money. The room is just enormous. King size bed with sofa next to it. A huge 42 inch screen and perfect climatisation. I would expect this from a 5 star hotel but not from a lower priced hotel next to a shopping centre. Paid parking in front of the hotel. There is a restaurant but the menu if very small, unfortunately. Friendly staff who make you feel welcome and go out of their way to answer your questions.

It has been a long time since I had used an 'airport' hotel and was pleasantly surprised how well the company seemed to have researched and understood the customers needs. This particular hotel was very, very close to the busy road network however the window glazing was excellent as were the 'black out ' curtains on the windows. Highly Recommend.

The hotel is very good. The staff is very nice. The location is next to the highway - with the very good windows you can hardly hear the traffic. Good air-conditioning.

Brilliant service from the moment we checked in. They gave my kids a little fun pack which was very thoughtful. And because our flight was very early, we had to check out @4.30am. And there was absolutely no issue. They even packed us breakfast..
