We ordered a car for Saturday 11:30 (out of hours). Dennis from Europecar arrived and opened the office an hour earlier and immediately began to take care of us. He was very kind and helpful and we had our car quickly. All set to go. Thank you Dennis!

I decided to try EuropCar for the very first time after being scammed by Avis Bratislava 3 times in a row.

I will be definitely using them again.

Great experience from the very first moment - collecting the car under 4min, just some paperwork and a few signatures. All went smooth. Car new and clean. The young gent working there super polite.

No issues with returns. My flight was outside the opening hours, parked the car and dropped the key in the keybox.

Their car park is just 100m from the departures/arrivals hall.

Tuvimos un incidente con las llaves del vehículo y el chico que nos atendió tanto a recoger el coche como ese día por teléfono siendo festivo ¡fue un 10! Vino a la pensión en menos de una hora algo que agradecimos muchísimo ya que pudimos continuar nuestros planes. Muy agradecidas.

Overall good experience for the second time
Was pleasantly surprised the car came with a 2.0l turbo diesel engine. Very happy with that! overall, the car was in a good condition except from a smell, death came I can only imagine from may be putting back the carpets not letting them completely dry. This was the only thing that’s a bit disappointed me. This is why I’m giving it for stars and not five. and I will recommend to book in advance, because to my knowledge, they are not
24/7 like in some major airports. otherwise, everything was very good. The staff was professional.

Dostal som iné auto ako som mal aj keď 2 mesiace predtým som ho rezervoval a bol som uistený,že ho dostanem Cupru ,že je vybookovaná už 3 mesiace.OK.Keď som auto vrátil videl som dve odstavené Cupry pri sebe...Dostal som auto ktoré robilo nepríjemné zvuky počas jazdy-zrejme ložisko.Personál a vybavenie bol OK .

We got scammed and double charged , On a Saturday afternoon walked in the airport looking for a car rental service, expecting EuropCar is an International company that has a reputation. To our shock they charged us an extra 30 euros that were not mentioned called Saturday Fee(after we have returned the car). In addition to charging the original amount twice. THE QUESTION IS HOW AND WHY. It's supposed to be a well known company

I booked car through 3rd party, Skyscanner. I learnt on day that I had limited usage to 100km per day. Which was contrary to confirmation I have had received to my mail, which stated unlimited mileage. I was informed if I go over my daily limit I would be charged 1 euro per km. The clerk at the seat quite bluntly said not their problems, I have to reimburse from 3rd party. Not exactly sure why as consumer I should be involved in their internal affairs. Quite shocking go to mountains and back would cost like €600. Comes cheaper to get a taxi. I rent a car 5-6 times a year, this was first time with Europecar, for sure last too. As I never experienced such a nonsense.

The service representative at the front desk, named Dominic, provided absolutely horrible service. He yelled at us throughout our interaction and showed complete disrespect. It was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience of my life. It's truly disappointing! I strongly advise everyone to avoid this rental car service as it appears to be a scam.

Terrible experience. They don't have anybody on the desk so you have to wait around for someone to get there.

I'm sure they are running a con. Charge you 330 EUR for absolutely any damage. The 'dent' that I got charged for was barely visible. Be very careful.

Knee service. The rental managers are disrespectful. An infinity of documents to fill out. Lots of restrictions. I do not recommend this rental.

Flight landed at 5, nobody at the desk, been waiting 45 minutes and they still haven’t showed up, called them 3 times, they say 10 minutes. Trash company , don’t use them

JOKE company, absolutely no chance to get your deposit back no matter what they will find the way how to scam you. AVOID.

Waiting for ages to collect the car. Terrible service.

only gave 1 star because i cannot give 0 stars. scam and the guys at the desk have absolutely no idea how to handle customers. i actually called the supervisor and he felt he was entitled to yell and offend me just because i was bringing to his attention a disagreement i had between what i had agreed by email and what they were actually asking to pay. his response? "you either pay or get out"... wooow. pity as they are usually the first guys tourists talk to when they arrive and these guys are making sure they start off on the wrong foot! avoid like the plague. I have rented from Europcar before in other countries, never again!

Гишето отвори в 8:15 вместо в 8:00. Много бавно обслужване. Колата беше чиста. Когато я връщахме в 13:30 отново не работеше гишето. Персоналът е под всяка критика.
