Perfect experience with Eden Cars. Booked the car (Skoda Karoq) on emails that were promptly responded throughout by David. The car was delivered near our accommodation in Bratislava by Martin- paperwork was smooth. Brand new and clean car - had absolutely no issues in our 7 days of road tripping in Slovakia. The last day we returned the car at their airport office and Martin was there on time (despite being a weekend) - no fuss, no hassles. The 500€ deposit was returned promptly. He even dropped us at the departure terminal and clicked some lovely pictures of us with the car 😊 Can safely recommend EDEN cars when in Slovakia 👌🏻

Excellent car rental service. The car collection was swift and easy which took roughly 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and efficient. The car itself was very modern and enjoyable to drive, even after 670km. The return process took 5 mins and there was no hassle - as long as you keep the car in the same condition. Will use again on any return trips to Slovakia.

Very positive experience. Was searching for options to travel from Slovakia to Austria and early hours return in Bratislava airport. Contacted eden by email, didn't need to fill anything so only 2 emails and they said all good. On arrival day didn't find them in main airport hall but answered the phone right away in English and explain how to walk 100 meters to the office. Workers were super friendly and what's most important return in early hours was successful - no extra charges for anything even when it had some mosquitos from early morning drive and electric car was not fully charged. Absolutely recommended.

Booked car via website and communicate with David via email responsive, car was delivered to airport on time by Martin. Whole paper process is smoothly, clear and quickly. Most important is “No hidden fees”. Deposit is also return promptly. I will definitely book EDENcars for my next journey.

This is the second time I've rented a car from EDENcars. This time, we rented two cars consecutively for a total of two months. I must say, from the booking process, their service personnel have been very professional and friendly, trusting customers, and willing to address individual customer needs. During the pick-up, the staffs were also very professional and the communication went smoothly, leaving us with a great impression. Even though we picked up the car at Vienna Airport, it was still very convenient. Despite picking up the car late at night, there was still dedicated service. The condition of the cars was excellent, without any issues. Next time, EDENcars will still be our first choice.

My experience was very positive and I can warmly recommend EDENcars. I've rented a car for 2 weeks in Vienna airport and everything went smooth.
- The car and the price offer were clear (at least while booking via company's website).
- Car pickup and drop-off went really fast. When I arrived a company representative was already waiting both times.
- I got a brand new Skoda and really enjoyed it.
- The Fabia model was extremely fuel efficient but also had a quite compact trunk. It was barely enough for couple+1. We had to use the front seat to drop some stuff. I'd suggest considering a bigger car if you're more than 3 people.
- I've asked for a last minute change and it was quickly arranged using only email communication.

Rented from Eden for 2 weeks in June in Bratislava on our recent trip back to Slovakia to visit family. We were extremely happy with the 2021 i30 diesel wagon we received with 17000 kms on it.

Office was not open on Saturday but an employee still met us exact at our pickup time pre-arrange off hours pickup time as we did arrive in Vienna until late Friday night.

We have used Avis in the past at the Bratislava Hotel but Eden provided a better vehicle and a better rate.

Will use Eden again on our next trip to Slovakia.

Best rental company in Bratislava. I rent with them regularly for over two years now and never had an issue. Great communication and customer service. Once I returned the car with a scratch and they made their best to double-check in historical records if it was there before (and it was).

I'm late with the review, but still wanted to thank EDENcars for a great experience and service renting one of their cars (Hyundai I20 AUTOMAT) last year.

Everything went very smoothly, from the initial email correspondence to the car pick-up to the final car drop-off.
We weren't able to get a pick up at Vienna airport at that time, but it wasn't a drawback for us as we were able to pick it up by ourselves.
The car was completely clean and almost new when we got it. It was on the smaller side, but was sufficient for us (a couple).
We will definitely be coming back if we need to rent a car again in this area.

I ordered the car to Vienna airport, the guy who gave me the car was extremely nice, first time ever that a rental car worker attached the childs seats (which were in great condition) to the car. I've got the exact model I'd ordered, brand new car, David answered all of my questions. The return of the car took less than 5 minutes.

Nearby airport so you can easily find by short walk from terminal. Friendly guys and service. Everything was all right, car was checked and pointed out small damages already by the company employee. Return was smooth as well and deposit released after few weeks. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Great service, highly recommend. Their online communication was perfect. The guy who we met to get/leave the car was also great. He answered all my questions and he does his job precisely and fast.
The car we used (Hyubdai I10) was new, clean and in perfect condition.
The price of their service is also very good.
Will use again if we visit Bratislava again.

If you are visiting Slovakia and coming from Vienna or Bratislava airport, I highly recommend this rental car company. The company is right next to the Bratislava airport terminal. From Vienna airport it is around 1 hour 15 min by a direct bus (I came from Bratislava bus terminal, which is 10 min away by taxi). I reserved the car online and the communication was pleasant and quick (no prepayment needed). I got a new car for a very reasonable price (1/3 of the price for a comparable car in Vienna at the moment and the credit card deposit was also much lower). The pickup and return were smooth and friendly.
