Grand Hotel River Park, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bratislava

Rooms are excellent and spacious. Food is also excellent with a good variety. Service is also attentive and friendly. Good location within easy reach of most places you'd want to visit.

Great hotel to stay in Bratislava. Very nice rooms, with an amazing view over the Danube. Gym on eleventh floor is well equipped and allows for a great workout. And the view from there is just beautiful. The concierge is very kind, polite and professional, and so is all the staff. Thank you for a great stay.

This is a top class hotel. I didn’t try the restaurant or the bar but the room was fantastic. The grand living room is very nice but food or sparse. Maybe it is possible to get some but there are no staff at all in the lounge. Still it is a great place and I had a great sleep. I will be back.

Always the first choice to stay when in Bratislava! After 10 Minutes walk on the river side you get to the city center and all activities. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is very nice, a lot of extras like Belgian waffles 🧇 or eggs or nice porridge 😶‍🌫 miss the times when Spa was included into the room price 🥲

First time in Bratislava, and i had the issue that i couldn't enter the underground parking garage due to insufficient ground clearance. The concierge offered me the VIP parking in front of the main entrance without hesitation. Rooms are luxurious and clean. The Zion spa is a perfect opportunity for a weekend getaway wellness experience. Food is amazing and the Staff tries to help you with every food allergy.

Rooms could be bigger for the price, don’t pay the extra 60€ per room for the Lounge (Grand Living room), because there was 0 snacks (nuts, chips,usw.) but a lot of drinks to choose from, if you go to this hotel I recommend you to get their ^Membership^ because you get a lot of points!:)

I stayed a few weeks at River .
They always renew the soup in the bathroom, the cleaner is really good they organize your sink etc.
the location is really good, close by the old city as well. There is a grocery store nearby too. The menu is not that expensive too.

I’ve been to several masseurs in Bratislava, but I really liked the technique an therapist. She works at Zion SPA on the 11th floor.

For those wondering why there's an intercom next to the toilet, it's so you don't have to stop using the restroom to answer a call from reception. If you were in the shower, it's okay to pause and answer a call. But using the restroom is more private and harder to interrupt, which can be stressful, especially for people with constipation. Ha. Having an intercom next to the toilet is a well-thought-out idea.

The breakfast is excellent, with many options, and everyone is very polite.

The female staff at the reception may not always be as polite during business hours, but they are always professional, efficient and quick in their work. It may be a cultural thing.

Great place. It is located near the local hot spots. I wish I had more time to spend there. Beautiful area.

My partner and I decided to give ourselves some peace and quiet for Christmas 2022 and so we booked 2 nights at this lovely hotel. Unfortunately, the restaurant was fully booked and everything was closed in Bratislava due to the holidays. However, we were served at the bar. Raju took great care of us the whole evening. Even on the second day, he was there for us with his positive attitude and made our evening more enjoyable. You all must try his lemonade - really delicious!
The spa area was very well equipped with 3 different saunas, 2 whirlpools and a large swimming pool.
The breakfast was top notch. And the fitness area better equipped than at many gyms. Definitely worth a visit.
We had a room with Danube view. Next time I would rather choose a castle view.

Great hotel! Will definitely be back. 15 minute walk or 5 minute scooter ride to Old Town. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and they offer an abundant range of choices if you need certain types of sheets or pillows. All of the staff were really nice and most of them speak English. The bar staff is out of this world. They will definitely take care of you and always have a drink in your hand if wanted! The food was really good and well prepared.

Wonderful hotel in a good location on the river. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The service here has been amazing. Everyone has been super nice. The ladies at the front desk even helped us navigate the process of taking my daughter to the local Emergency Room to get an X-ray for her hand injury.

The room service food has been good as well and reasonably priced compared to other higher end hotels of this quality.

Superb experience at this hotel. Great staff, super friendly. The bar in the hotel was top notch and staff in the spa. The Riverbank section at the back of the hotel was the only thing that wasn’t 5*. The reception , hotel bar and spa were fantastic

Grand Hotel River Park is a classy, luxury hotel. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. Check-in and check-out we're easy. The suites are top notch. And the management went above and beyond making our stay comfortable when we were traveling with our 7 month old baby for the first time. They provided a crib and bath soaps and even a tiny bathrobe that our baby loved. Thank you very much for being so thoughtful and caring during our stay!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Great experience in an amazing room.
We had a twin room with a river view and it was immaculate. So spacious, warm and comfortable.
Nothing at all to complain about.

Great hotel, close to some restaurants and next to a business area.
There is spa which is paid 35eur per guest but very nice.

This place is within walking distance on the river walk (about 20 minutes) to Old Town Bratislava. The breakfast options at the hotel restaurant was exceptional providing both the buffet and cook to order meals. I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a riverview suite and the views of the Danube were amazing. My only concern was when the staff came into the room before I checked out to make sure I didn't get anything from the room bar

Grand Hotel River Park is from my point of view benchmark in terms of interior, hospitality, cleanliness and professionalism of their employees.

The hotel is located directly on the shore of the river Donau in Bratislava.

Sufficient parking space is available underground with and elevator directly to the lobby.

The sport- and spa-area is located on the top floor with direct view to the Donau.

Breakfast is rich of different options and also offers vegan dishes.

Highly recommended place to stay if you’re around Bratislava

One of the best places you can stay in Bratislava. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa facilities are brilliant! Old town is a pleasant 20 minute walk along the river.

From the very beginning at check-in until check-out the next day we felt very warm welcome and comfortable. First time in Bratislava with my girlfriend, we did stay at the Grand Hotel River Park a Luxury Collection Hotel. Big thanks to desk staff Zuzana for quick and professional check-In, she recommended tasty restaurants, also we get planty of tips where to go in Bratislava. I would like to thank again for her professional and nice attitude. I have to say that the rooms was very nice and the bathroom was very roomy and beautiful. During the breakfast the service was amazing the staff are really friendly and obliging in all areas. SPA view was absolutly stunning. Close to city center about 15 minutes by walk/ 3 minutes with taxi.
