Synagogue Café

Great place for some coffee and some desert. Very relaxing and everything was good. We shared a piece of carrot cake and coffees, all was very good.

They have plenty of seating and there are some small rooms open to the main area for small groups to sit. The interior is done very nice in the former synagogue.

Service was good and helpful. Well worth the stop. It definitely lived up to my expectations.

Past and present converge at this former synagogue! Enchanting coffee shop, is truly remarkable. The ambiance is both cozy and respectful, honoring the building's heritage. The baristas are friendly, their menu offers the variety that blends well with this place.

Beautifully presented cafe inside of the old synagogue, plenty of seating indoor, outdoor options as well. The staff is very professional and prompt. Wide variety of drinks and cakes. Also you can find interesting souvenirs here here.

Beautiful cafe preserving the honest and alluring interiors of a classic Jewish synagogue. Atmosphere and bg music was great. Only thing is that the menu is quite small but food was excellent too!

Really an unique café situated in an old Jewish cathedral with ancient decorations. Great atmosphere, nice coffee and lovely (and large) cakes. Waiters are always smiling and nice too. A must visit in historical centre of Trnava! Highly recommend!

If you are in Trnava, you cannot forget to visit this cafe. Its placed in synagoga and the interior looks amazing. Breakfast were delicious too (gluten free option - oats). During the weekend i would recommend to make a reservation as it gets busy from the morning.

I've been to dozens of countries and hundreds, if not thousands, of cities in my travels, and I've never found a more wonderful coffee house than this one.

The building is beautiful. They've remodeled, decorated, and set up the inside superbly. The furniture creates different zones: everything from couches and plush chairs for lounging, tables for business or general laptop use, to chess board tables. Bookshelves separate many of the subdivisions.

The coffee is quite good (try the flat white with coconut milk). The music is pretty good as well and played at a perfect volume which is easy to listen to or ignore and have a conversation (the things people used to do before smartphones were invented).

Service is fantastic. No problems with English. They don't overly bother you when you just want to relax even if you've only ordered one drink and been there three hours.

Most of the food offerings end at 10 on weekdays and noon on weekends.

More than worth a trip; worth going out of your way.

I love this place. It is one of the best coffee places I have ever visited in Slovakia. Ancient ceiling creates semitic atmosphere and mini lounges located on each site of the synagogue giving desired level of detail to this masterpiece of architecture. Cakes are gluten free (not all of them) and delicious and coffee with plant milk is amazing. I have already spent hours in this synagogue. Not praying but spreading the ideas of liberality and freedoms. Discussions I had were deep and more than spiritual. So go ahead and plan your coffee meeting here. You will never regret.

Beautiful cafe located inside historical building which used to be synagogue. Atmosphere inside is very distinc - Jewish symbolism on frescoes, various paintings and photographs displayed, there's lots of books everywhere. Extremely nice staff. Chocolate cake and coconut cheesecake were bomb. Salty caramel late was also great.

Interior is unique and in terms of the history of Trnava has been preserved with a great deal of respect. Service is polite, pleasant, and quick. Plenty of room inside and out. Could benefit from an increased service offering (more items on the menu) but my experience here has been positive. Would visit again.

Wow, what a gorgeous space. The ceiling is beautiful, there ale lots of books and comfy chairs. Service was very good.

I'm so happy that my friend showed me this beauty hidden in the town. Apart from good coffee and innovative lemonades I was totally overwhelmed by its interior design. A huge plus was kind staff that has taken a good care of us.
