Tried in here on the off chance and staff were much friendlier and more helpful than City Arena. I walked in and they offered to help however they could despite my limited Slovak.

Worst bank and the worst branch of the bank in this city. Just 1 personal banker and 1 regular that deals about 20 mins per customer, so if there's 2 people in front of you, it's a 40+ min wait. Also they don't deal with cash, they are a digital bank and nothing in there to indicate that.

Neodporúčam. Neochota personálu, neprofesionálne jednanie s klientom (nemenovaný pán za strednou prepážkou). Najlepšie riešenie ísť rovno do arény.
