This is one of the most beautiful 😍 places in nature. The Hotel is awesome 😎 with beautiful rooms and service as well. You can go bowling 🎳, play table tenis 🎾 , swing, have a relaxing bath, and go out for walks oj nature to breathe the amazing air. I love it and I strongly recommend it. 🥰

I spend two night in the hotel. It has decent facilities and reasonable prices. I ate at the restaurant all days. Below is the food they served to me.

A top quality 3 stars hotel in a beautiful mountain location! Great for families with children and for those that love nature and want a bit of quite and quality relaxing time.
The staff is amazing as well as the quality of service. The food is great! You can tell they are cooking with fresh and high quality products. The rooms are nice and updated and very clean.
They know how to make their customers feel special and that they are really taken care of!

We spent the New Years Eve there, a week ago, with our friends (4 families). We were amazed how a 3-star hotel can be so colorful, cheerful and professional. Wide varieties of facilities (squash, bowling, ping-pong, darts, billiards, mini-disco, etc), inside heated pool, saunas, massage; all that thing dropped in the middle of a touristic center (many hiking tracks starts from the hotel). We went sledging with the kids, but there are smaller skislopes as well. Food was marvellous and staff was outstandingly kind, helpful and professional. The owners were very kind to us as well. As part of the New Years Eve program they organized such a big fireworks which I have not seen during the Olimpics final show. :)) Lasted for 13 minutes and fired like a 1000 rockets.
In a nutshell, I highly recommend this Hotel for families with small kids and hikers. Perfect choice for the price.

Came in winter and was good for a family with two year old: has a swimming pool, small soft play area, children's room with toys, and the hotel had a children's entertainer in the evening whilst we ate nearby. Children's films/cartoons showing.

Boli sme minulý rok, deťom sa páčilo, aj s Bralkom bola zábava. Dokonca aj keď pršalo nám bol umožnený vonkajší bazén. Bez problémov sme si vedeli objednať obed, nakoľko v pobytovom balíku sme mali polpenziu. Tento rok prídeme znovu, deti sa už tešia.

Prostredie, personál a strava sú topka. A tie vyvážia nedostatky.
Hotel je veľmi pekný, myslím si, že miestami potrebuje renovovať, napr. kúpelka a svetlá (v našej izbe). Dosť schodov, nie je výťah. V bazéne sme zatiaľ neboli, neviem ohodnotiť.

Sme veľmi spokojní s ubytovaním aj službami, príjemný personál a kuchyňa vynikajúca, bazén super užili sme si kľud a zregenerovali sme sa určite sa sem ešte vrátime
