I’ve rented car from RAI both this summer and last summer. The service is amazing, car is delivered in a perfect shape both exterior and interior. Personal is very nice, polite and professional. The process of pick up and return is very fast. I can only recommend!

I have rented a car recently from RAI at Banska Bystrica. Professional service and responsive for emails.

Vehicle pickup went smoothly and took about 20min to check the car carefully. RAI check the car interior and exterior properly even at the pickup. Usually other companies don't do it.

Returning was fast and actually I had to leave pretty fast. They returned my deposit as well.

Rented a car from Rai International Ltd, in Banska Bystrica. rental was for 3 weeks. I was very happy with Rai from get go. Communication was great they kept me up to speed prior to pick up and also when I was dropping the vehicle off. Great people to deal with. I will be using Rai again in a future.

Everything went alright, the stuff is very nice and polite. The car was new and we had no problems with returning the car. I would recommend this company to anyone.
