Really bad service... not interested at all in trying to help the customer by any mean. They did not speak English, but my issue was really easy to solve as it is quite visible (I just needed to fix my glasses, the thread was broken) and I could try some Slovak if I would see a minimum interest in helping, but the receptionist was so not caring at all that I just decided I am not spending there even 1e.

Příšerný přístup, paní prodavačku její práce zřejmně nebaví. Tvářila se jako kyselá okurka, která neumí říct ani dobrý den, ani dovidenia. Výběr dioptrických brýlí RayBan tristní.

Absolutne neochotny a nepreijemny personal. Rozhodne sa netvaria tak, ze by chceli nieco cloveku aj predat...a to som si vazne chcela kupit nie lacne okuliare.
