Fio banka

I liked very much in this department. first of all - the loyalty of employees, it is obvious that people work with a desire to promptly and correctly serve the client. I repeat, they work quickly and cool. from themselves they do everything possible, but it does not depend on the people in place how the head office disposes, I do not understand the low ratings for this. good luck to employees and good mood!!!

very slow, we waited over 40 minutes outside only to be told the cash register is not working.

Edit: I have been there several times again after and the service is great. Friendly and helpful staff at this bank. Updating to 5*

Táto banka síce nemá veľa pobočiek, preto sa len ťažko porovnáva, ale pri návšteve tejto pobočky som bol veľmi spokojný s rýchlymi službami, aj s ich úrovňou. Veľmi ochotný pan pomohol si všetkým, čo sme potrebovali. Určite odporúčam.

Som klientom viac ako 7 rokov. Koncept bezpoplatkovej banky majú nastavený tak, aby ho dokázali aj udržať. A stále ho pomaličky vylepšujú. Ak niekto chce služby na úrovni drahšej konkurencie, nechápem, načo do FIO chodí. Ja s nimi mám len veľmi dobré skúsenosti.

Len dobré skúsenosti s touto pobočkou, všetko ide rýchlo s úsmevom, páni pri priehradkách aj na pokladni ochotní.

Všetko v poriadku. Slečna bola milá, rýchlo vybavil som to čo som potreboval. Ďakujem.

Lowcostová pobočka, bez pokladne. Ale pohoda, pretože to korešponduje s konceptom fio banky.

Bez čakania, príjemná obsluha

Service was more like a lottery, 2 out of 3 employees were very helpful and did everything rather quickly. The owner is a little slow, but he was still very helpful and seemed like he was trying his best to make it quick. The only employee i felt unsatisfied with was the female cashier, who seemed inexperienced. She couldn't help me with buisness i needed to resolve and she wouldn't understand what my issue was with the credit card. Overall good bank with generally helpful staff.

Not as bad as everyone writes. It’s a small branch so I can see how there can be long wait times in busier times of day. I came just before lunch around 11:30 and there were only two clients there, one at the cash desk and one with a teller. I waited about 10 mins for the cash desk before the person in front of me was dealt with, but the service was good and to the point. No complaints.

Dovolat sa na ktorekolvek cislo pobocky trvalo niekolko dni. Pri osobnom strenuti bol pan na pobocke mily a vsetko prebehlo bez problemov. Skoda, ze nemaju aspon jedno parkovacie miesto vyhradene pre zakaznikov.

Niekedy musíte čakať dlho.

Celkovo niektore sluzby a internet banking funguju dobre, spolahlive API na uctovnictvo a pod. vyhoda je hlavne v obchodovani medzi SR a CR. Na druhu stranu stale nedostatky u personalu, chyba mi nieco ako pro-klientsky pristup. Nerozumiem tiez preco ked niekto ide na PN neposunie agendu dalej na kolegu, take bezne procesy by to chcelo zaviest a trochu viac byt milsi na ludi na pobockach.
