Food and service was great. The atmosphere of a cottage in the hills is really amazing. You are surrounded by beatiful nature and there is also playground for your kids, which is a big plus. I highly reccomend visiting this place.

Very big variety of food, also for vegetarians, wide offer of hot and cold drinks, several brands of beer, the service was fast and efficient. It was a good place to relax after the 4 km walking from Pohanske.

First of all I would like to apologise for placing different review here so I am correcting it now.

This place was recommended to us by owner/staff of the HOREHRONIE E-BIKE RENTAL in Brezno. Cottage is well placed near the skiing slope which is used for downhill bikers in summer. We have been greeted by lovely personnel and offered range of typical slovak food and drinks. All food was delicious and big enough to make you immobile 🙂 for a while, which gave you chance to soak up the atmosphere of surroundings. For me as a driver the choice of non-alcoholic beer and radler was well welcomed. If you walk on top of the hill you will have nice view of the valley. There are few choices of hiking/bike trails from here. Since we arrived here by getting lost and did not want to go back through the rough terrain again. We asked personnel for easy way back to Brezno. They were happy to point us in right direction and wish us nice day.

Alpine style chalet, with friendly and helpful staff.
You can enjoy a good cuisine too, with the excellent draft beer.
