This is one of the nicest place to practice yoga deeply rooted in Indian tradition. Sujith- the yoga practitioner is well educated and knowledgeable about his profession. Once you experience it, you will really regret for not setting up a yoga session earlier with him. Would highly recommend anyone.

This a happy place! It makes your stress fade away, allow you to spend time in a different dimension only to left you completely relaxed. Highly recommend to try it on your own. You won’t regret a minute you spend in Yoga Sagara with Sujith and Sandy who are the soul and backbone of the studio. Authentic experience of traditional Indian yoga or Ayurvedic massage with Sujith or relaxing singing bowls therapy with Sandy 🙌🏼. Aerial yoga is what I have to try next 🙏🏼
