Park Inn by Radisson Danube Bratislava

The location is superb. It is right in the middle of everything, and that part of the city is mostly a big pedestrian zone. The rooms are nice, clean and well equipped. Our package included spa, so we used those which include pool and 3 different sauna types. There is a gym as well. A small complaint about the service is that it's a bit slow. The breakfast was nice, but the variety is an average.

I would like to thank for such a great stay at your hotel, I got a free upgrade with a great view. The room was quiet and there was no noise from clubs and bars like it’s mentioned in other reviews. Hotel overall is very clean and comfortable. Nice swimming pool and saunas are also located in the hotel which is a great benefit during winter time. Breakfast has a big selection also suitable for vegan and vegetarians.

I would also like to mention staff friendliness, the reception staff is very helpful, even though there were some issues with the payments - LUCIA from the reception solved the problem. And especially big thanks to ALISA also from the reception, she has helped me several times during my stay and more importantly made me feel welcomed. She is very open minded and creative receptionist. This is exactly was i was expecting when coming to Radisson hotel. The location is very good and like i already mentioned, customer service in every department is on top! Will be definitely coming again!

Great stay at Parkinn! Me and my brother were upgraded to a better room. Which was very spacious and a nice view. Hotel has everything you need, amazing spa with three saunas and a great breakfast. Staff is great, especially and the reception desk. Lucia was very friendly and dealt with our reservation problems, also i would like to mention one more reception staff, Alisa was also very friendly and was helping us during the whole stay at parkinn, she answered every question we had, and completed every request, she provided great hospitality and both of reception ladies made our stay much better. Overall i can say hotel is great and we are happy that we stayed there!

Modern, recently renovated hotel at the best possible location – Bratislava Castle, main square, and famous “UFO” bridge are all right there outside the windows of your hotel room. A pool and cozy sauna are available too, worth trying. Friendly staff (special acknowledgement to always helpful receptionist Daniil K.). I’m a regular visitor and will keep on coming back.

Delicious food; I really enjoyed the pizza. Mr.Prabhu recommends this place; it was absolutely worth it. The service was excellent, and I would like to mention one name: Mis Anastasia. She was very polite.

beautiful hotel really close to the city center with a cozy spa and a high level service especilly at the restaurant I have to commend a girl named Alina because beside her professionalism and the outstanding service. She is the best coffee-maker in town if you wanna taste a real espresso

We had an amazing stay in this hotel a couple of days ago. The staff was extremely helpful, attentive and polite, especially Daria and Erika. You couldn’t find a better location for your stay, because Park inn is placed in the very centre of the city just a few steps away from the US and German embassies. Overall, the room was nice and clean, we even had our own kitchen with a stove and dishwasher. Highly recommend this hotel for your Bratislava getaway.

The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. In terms of location we paid a supplement for a room with a Danube view - and it was worth it. It's also well sited for accessing the castle and the old town. It's also easy to get to from the railway station (we took the bus from the airport to the railway station, then the trolley bus to the hotel.) Breakfast is 15 Euro, for a buffet, and is reasonable enough.
There is a sauna & fitness centre, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to pop in and check it out.

Amazing experience in idealy located hotel in center of lovely Bratislava. All was perfect. We has like familly of 2 adults and two kids comfort suite room, very nice and super clean room. Breakfast was rich of different salty and sweet food. Nice and comfortable Spa section was too very nice and clean. When we need something on reception all receptionist was very kind and always smily. Thumbs up!

First off I would like to say as many times I have come here on business, and although I could chose any Hotel in the city, I would not want to stay anywhere else but the Park Inn. When speaking of hospitality, it is this hotel that truly represents it! As many hotels as I have visited I have never felt more welcome and more at home than I have here, thank you for that. A couple facts before I get to the heart of the hotel:

Rooms: Always spotless clean, awesome view, decent interior
Gym: Has all necessary equipment
Restaurant: Great food, outstanding customer service

What really makes this hotel is the staff!!! Their customer service skills are unmatched and I must say, whenever I come back to Bratislava I am always looking forward to seeing the great staff at the front desk. The always greet me with the warmest and most welcoming smiles, they are always accomodating, helpful, extremely friendly, and really go out of their way to ensure that you are having a great visit.

@Lucia Semedo is a doll, thank you for all that you do, for the countless taxi requests (she even remembers the destination of my address!!) thank you for your kindness and the kind gestures. Your professionalism and hospitality skills are unmatched. Thank you for always greeting us with the warmest smile, and making each visit memorable. I hardly ever write a review and I know this is a long one, but I truly feel that the light has to shine on the heart of the hotel, which is the staff. Although I have had the opportunity to stay elsewhere I would not ever want to stay anywhere else but here because I simply feel like you have the best, most professional and exceptional customer service and I always look forward to my visit and see the familiar faces at the front desk. Cool ..The Suite was Lovely .The Pool was very cold but a lovely hotel .location is perfect.

Nice little business hotel on the edge of the old town area in Bratislava. Located right by the Danube river and the UFO bridge, the hotel is a short walk to the old town area. The rooms were what you expect from a business hotel. They were clean and on point. Service was great. There is a spa, hotel bar and restaurant located on premises, but we didn't not partake. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

We have had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, the staff, the food and spa . Our apartment was very clean and comfortable with lovely view. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I like to be back. Always when I'm in Bratislava yhis is my hotel. Very nice service, always helpful. Rooms are clean, cosy, great for business purposes, but also for family. On breakfast you can choose whatever you want, everything is fresh and tasty.

Coming back to this hotel after my business trips is always pleasant. A welcoming environment, rooms that are always clean, spacious, with all the services and a bed that is difficult to leave the next morning. One thing I really appreciate is also the full and hearty breakfast in a relaxing environment. I do not want to neglect the always kind and professional helpfulness and hospitality of the staff for a quick check in (important when you arrive tired) and a check out that leaves you wanting to return to this structure as soon. Furthermore I owe a special thanks to Lenka Zilava, for her important and very professional assistance, both for my frequent bookings and for the care received in handling my requests, together with her always great availability and kindness always with a smile. Location is unexceptionally strategic. Near the busy old town area and walking distance to famous bridge and Bratislava castle. Lobby is huge and comfortable. Asked the reception to print my ticket and they were pleased to serve.
The breakfast was standard continental style, no local delicacies served. Be sure you ask for a room facing the river for best experience.
