CrossFit Pressburg

My favourite place for training.
Good gym with excellent environment, everyone know eachother and everyone is willing to help.
All the trainers speak a good level of english so that’s not a problem if you want to train and you don’t speak slovak at all!

Super, they have 80 kg atlas stone and handfull of sandbags up to 70kg. / Super, maju 80kg betonovy atlas a kopec sandbagov do 70kg.

One of the biggest CrossFit boxes in Central Europe. Enough barbells and plates and large area, where you can drop them down. This box also has a few pieces of exercise exuipment that are not commonplace in ordinary gyms: a prowler, peg board. strongman log etc. The staff are friendly and I can more than recommend the weightlifting coach Gabo. Costs are 5 euro for open gym and around 8 euro for a session under the supercision of a coach.

Awesome box. The coaches were pretty cool and helpful. The gym is nice overall. Looks good. And the prices are very low. Definitely worth coming back.

Najlepší gym ever, žiadne zrkadlá, žiadne predsudky, len radosť z pohybu. Tréneri sú top, tréningy absolútne skvelé 👍👍👍
