Celkom dobrá drogéria.

I bought an eyeliner 1 day ago there. On the page it said they have 6 in store. They had 3 - used, color spilling all over the L oreal Paris pen, I found one which looked unused. New...I did not try it on my hand nor anything since it is disgusting and was not marked as tester. I come home a few hours later. The liner was totally dried out. Totally...I did not take the receipt from the Lady, I never had any issue ever with the products so I thought to myself, what for, everything will be great. Bad decision.
Just sad how your quality dropped DM. I really liked your store...just gargabe and garbage treatment towards customers, when I tried to solve it...very very unhappy.

Bought a chocolate drink. It smelled horrible and had chunks in it.
The cashier didn't want to give me a new one or even to smell it. Because I didn't kept the recite. Who keeps a recite for a chocolate drink you grab on the go?! And she didn't even wanted to open the lid and see that its bad.
Dm Lost a costumer for bad product and worse attitude.

The staff is not aware of the sortiment and is unhelpful. The lady told me to ask someone else when I asked for Revolution serums... The cashier Tatiana should change her attitude.
