I do not have much experiance, but I would say, really there is very nice person in the car service section, whenever I have problem with my car, or I want to buy used car, this person provides helps, recommandations, and very transparnt and acive person.

I am very disappointed with the attitude of the service employees. Last Saturday, I was returning from a long journey. During a stop on the highway, it turned out that the battery in my VW Caravelle had been damaged, and the car couldn't be started. I managed to start the car by pushing it. Since I always service my Volkswagen at an authorized workshop, I decided to visit the IMPA service in Bratislava to buy a new battery. I believe that the authorized VW network always offers assistance and services at the highest level. I drove over 200 km with a faulty battery, hoping to receive help at the IMPA service.

At the VW IMPA service, I encountered two employees, and I had the impression that I was bothering them. I asked for the purchase of a battery, providing the car's VIN number. I was told that they didn't have any. So, I asked for the sale of any similar battery, emphasizing that I was traveling, and my car couldn't be started using the old battery. The employee said that it's Saturday, they are closing in half an hour, and they don't have any batteries available (it was 2:30 PM).

I was not offered the option to order the part. I was not offered any help or suggestions about who could assist me. Ladies and gentlemen, it happens that I know very well that to check the availability of parts, the VIN number needs to be entered into the ETKA catalog, and this takes more than just a few mouse clicks. The employee did not enter the VIN number, even though I handed him the registration document – he only pretended to check, only to say after a moment that they have nothing.

I had no choice but to push the car again to start it – this time in front of the IMPLA showroom. I wonder why employees come to work if they are already counting down the minutes to leave half an hour before closing, and a customer who comes to buy something is a problem for them. Maybe it's better to stay at home and have a beer – after all, it was a beautiful sunny Saturday.

I received help not far away, at the LKQ AUTO KELLY store – there are people who want to work, know what they're doing, and the customer is not a problem for them. If you're looking for parts for your VW, it's better to look there.

Novy VW, prvé prezutie. Prezutie trvá vyše 2 hodiny... Po 2km rozsvietia kontrolka tlaku - jedna pneu nafukana o 0.2 menej. Po dofukani drží. Pre istotu su ale kolesá aspoň nevyvážené, takže auto trasie. Pokus dovolať sa naspäť počas otváracích hodín zbytočný - nikto nedvíha. A to všetko za symbolických 150€. Zbytočný servis, už nikdy viac.
