Profesionálny, pritom empatický prístup. Malý, ale príjemný vstupný priestor na čakanie. Ako mnoho iných bratislavských zubných ambulancií, ani táto nepatrí medzi lacné. Problematické parkovanie v bezprostrednom okolí, ale dá sa využiť parkovisko neďalekého Klientskeho centra, či z inej strany - Kauflandu. Zo zastávky "Trnavská" (smer z mesta), je do dverí ambulancie, cez podchod susediacej budovy, átriom, iba zopár krokov.

Neskutočne ľudsky prístup v celej ambulancii. Fantastické vybavenie, neuveriteľne mili ľudia - skratka niečo nevídane v tejto krajine. Ste super!!!

Moderná, dynamická, sympatická klinika. Sme veľmi spokojní so všetkými službami, samotným výsledkom liečby ako aj s vysoko profesionálnym prístupom lekára a ostatného personálu, vrelo odporúčam všetkým ❤

Krasne prostredie ambulancie, ale bohuzial 100 eurova konzultacia s vysledkom navrhu na kompletne vytrhnutie zdravych 4-kovych rezakov ako jedine mozne riesenie pri estetickej stomatologii bolo pre mna obrovskym sklamanim az sokom. Nastastie ina skusenejsia odbornicka v obore to zvladla bezproblemovo docielit bez akehokolvek trhania zdravych funkcnych zubov.

Avoid it at all costs! It has been more than 2 months since I was last spoken to them and I can finally review this in a calmer manner. DentCare is not recommended, totally doubtful with their management and professionalism.

Background - I always wanted to get braces and decided to go forward with it asap around Oct 2020. I contacted a few dental clinics and visited a few before I went to Dentcare. Of which I was always advised to go with metal braces as my case is more complicated. I also did much research during this time. Most clinics I visited in Vienna and Bratislava were full, I ended up at DentCare where they provided an appointment and was helpful via email.

Appointment at the clinic - Since I don't live in Bratislava, we agreed to have the appointment for both consultation and diagnostic done once so we can move it forward faster. During the appointment, the dentist was alone with me, he examined my teeth, writing down notes and touching other things with the same pair of gloves. That doesn't happen in any other clinic, very questionable hygiene standard. His English is not that good, but I can understand the basic and since I have visited other dentists, I could fill in the gaps. He was the whole time friendly. But he is the first and only one who told me that I should get Invisalign, I have doubts as it's more expensive and no one else recommended it for my case.

Since my treatment can't be started before the extraction of wisdom teeth, I asked for a recommendation. He immediately called a dentist with his own mobile phone and communicated with that dentist, I asked if it's possible to have it done before Christmas (it was on 2 Dec). The (DentCare) dentist said it should be fine and will send my x-ray over and that he planned I can go to do an x-ray after that appointment. And come back for diagnostic earlier of the day of wisdom teeth extraction. The wound is expected to heal during Christmas and I can start wearing the braces in Jan. I believed him and the receptionist gave me the contact to make an appointment on my own, off I went to get the x-ray done they told me to. Later, I send an email to make an appointment for wisdom teeth extraction.

Aftermath - no reply from the dentist who was recommended by DentCare. I waited a few days to send an email to DentCare again asking for another recommendation and told them I haven't had any reply from the one they told me (5 Dec). Naturally, the contact was given by DentCare and the DentCare dentist called them in front of me and presented a plan to me, I would think that they could help to talk to them about giving me a reply. I sent a follow-up email but no reply (9 Dec). Meanwhile, DentCare changed its attitude. They started telling me it's not their responsibility to get an appointment (never asked them to get an appointment for me), after back and fore saying that they are not in contact with them, they suddenly said that the other clinic has already closed for Christmas holiday (10 Dec). Their words don't match with their own, I wish I had recorded the conversation during the appointment. In the ned, they just decided to tell me that I should consider not to start the treatment with them since they can't fulfil my wishes and stopped replying. My only wish is to start the treatment as promised, if they can't do that, I don't know why are they operating as a dental clinic.

I have then met another dentist who heard my experience and tells me that there is a possibility DentCare realised that they can't treat me with Invisalign after they saw the x-ray. My case is only going to be successful with metal braces, it is a long and complicated treatment, the dentist will need to work more and don't receive as much money as Invisalign.

I will never find out why the exact reason why DentCare telling all the contradicted words, making empty promises and stop replying. But I know that the hygiene standard, management and organisation make me not to trust this clinic.
