Great location and one of the best hot chocolates of the city. Everything is very fancy, old-style and luxury. The service is also really good. We had 2 cakes and 2 hot chocolates. Overall, we paid around 28€. The cakes are very very delicious. Everything was perfect. I can highly recommend this place. Great location to take a break.

Very charming small cafe in the midst of the old town. The interior decor was mesmerising and we can't help but went in for an afternoon tea.

Tea and cake selection was plentiful from the menu. The tea set served was so beautiful and definitely very Instagram worthy! 😍

A must visit place if in Bratislava old town!

The detail and overall beauty inside here was incredible. Cakes were well presented and were a little expensive (€7 each roughly) but worth it for the experience of dining in here. We had to wait 5-10 mins to get in as it wss busy so would recommend going in the morning.

One of the most beautiful cafés I've ever been to. The breakfast was really good and the waiter was so nice and so polite. I've traveled to so many countries and I can say that the prices are really reasonable.

Kormuth konditor is a must when visiting this lovely city. Starting from the decoration, that is the original one since its opening, their great food and torte. Excellent place to finish your tour to the city

This is the most beautiful and elaborate coffee shop I have ever dined in. The beautiful ceiling and wall paintings, the attention to detail in everything from a coffee cup to the door handle was so exquisitely designed. The customer service was very good. Make sure you check out the backrooms and the toilet too! Oh almost forgot to mention the coffee and cakes were very nice too.

Very charming place in Bratislava. Extremely chocolaty hot chocolate, definitely recommend mixing in a good amount of whipped cream :) Great, fresh cakes and pastries. I recommend the Esterhazy cake. Beautiful seating, cutlery and cups. Very friendly service.

The 13 € per person minimum spending was a bit....interesting to say the least but is well written down when entering and equates to one coffee and one cake per person, which is okay but certainly not cheap.

Absolutely delightful and beautiful place to stop for wonderfully tasty dessert. Everything is so meticulously and carefully made from the scratch made cakes to the table settings and the ceiling artwork. Even if you don’t have a sweet tooth I would stop by for tea and to admire the incredible interior scenery. I have never been anywhere like Kormuth and I can’t recommend it enough!

I ordered the raspberry and walnut cake which was absolutely delicious, so much fresh raspberry tartness, and I think most of the cake is actually crushed walnut pressed together - amazing! The hot chocolate was warm and rich and wonderful.

Very historical place. The dark chocolate cake was very nice and solid, and tea and coffee served in historical porcelains. But with a red rope barring the entrance, I somehow felt the atmosphere was a bit pretentious. The waitress was nice, dressed in beautiful traditional costumes and apparently she’s fluent in German and could speak decent Spanish too. All in all, this place exceeded my expectations.

Elegant, pretty and relaxing. To top it off, the cakes we ate here were the best I ever had, and I have visited 30+ countries so far. Coffee was also good, but far from best. Place is not as expensive as it looks from the outside. Hot cocoa is certainly worth a try instead of the coffee. Will certainly revisit when I go to Bratislava the next time.

Cakes, sweets, coffees and teas. This confectionary is located in a historical building. Inside is decorated with wood panelling and wood pews to sit on along the walls. The room we sat in had medieval style art on the walls. The servers are dressed in costume. We went here after New Year's and they were only serving a special where for one price you received a coffee drink, another soft drink or similar of your choice, and a cake slice of your choice. The cakes are made fresh every day according to our server. The cakes were good, but not spectacular by any means. The drinks and food were served on antique porcelain. You come here for the atmosphere.

One of the prettiest cafe's I have visited so far. I was just randomly walking on street and this cafe and decided to went inside. I think it's perfect picture of European Renaissance, each and every thing this place is beautiful. Cafe attendant were very polite and nice to everyone there. I would definitely recommend to visit this place in Bratislava.

A super touristy cake shop but worth the experience. The elaborate cakes and teas in ornate tea sets are served in an ornate setting replete with sculptures, murals, wooden carved cabinets... so much to see everywhere! Coffee drinks, wines and liquors are also available to accompany your treats. Only one issues was that they were severely understaffed which makes the people working there stretched thin.

Upon our most delightful visit during the bustling Christmas market, we encountered a scene most familiar in establishments of high repute: a waiting period, necessitated by the establishment's brimming occupancy and fervent demand, extending to some thirty minutes. This brief intermission in our day, I assert, was a trifling inconvenience, well worth enduring.

Once we were ushered to our seats, the servers, exemplars of kindness and efficiency, attended to our party with the alacrity of the modern age.

Our repast was nothing short of a culinary parade, featuring confections and libations of the finest sort. The hot cocoa, a beverage so decadently rich, it stood as a dessert unto itself! The cakes, each a delightful masterpiece, arrived with such promptness.

The atmosphere of this cozy haven provided a respite as comforting as a hearth on a winter's eve. The entire experience, for the modest sum of €13 per person, culminated in a bill just shy of €100 for our party of five. And, as a testament to the irresistible allure of their pastries, we found ourselves departing with a selection of extra treats, destined to extend our enjoyment beyond the confines of this charming establishment.

I heartily recommend this establishment, especially for those traversing the Christmas market in search of a tranquil haven or a romantic, yet unassuming, escapade.

May your visit mirror the enchantment and satisfaction we so dearly cherished.

Gorgeous interior, employees in period costumes, fabulous assortment of cakes and beverages (coffee, tea, hot chocolate). It is expensive. Delicious desserts! Totally recommend going for the experience of seeing the interior of this cafe.

Dark chocolate ice-cream is heavenly!
The place is beautiful and the service is impeccable.

I agree that it’s overpriced for what it is, but they’re selling the whole experience.
