I was looking for a Dexton Design bumper for my Mercedes SLK. It is very difficult to find in stock, whoever had it refused to send me a photo, the factory does not have photos and asks for 4/6 weeks for delivery because they work by order. Finally I found the Race Shop website. They were very kind and professional, unlike other sellers, they sent me a photo of the bumper immediately so I could understand if it would easy to fit on my car. The shipment took place on the same day as the order, with an excellent price and excellent packaging which guarantees that the piece arrives without damage. I received the bumper after 24 hours. Furthermore, it was very easy to communicate because the staff also uses WhatsApp and speaks correctly English, Italian and I don't know which other languages. I am extremely satisfied and I think that their Brands and all the customers should be too.

Excellent costumer service. orders don't take much to arrive and you are always up to date via sms which is mega cool.
They even source out parts that aren't available in their catalog to begin with. I need a specific part from Japan and they added it to the catalog for me. Very professional!

I have ordered few times some small/cheap parts and everything was top-notch. Deliver was fast, to prices I think are good - I have ordered because they have a lot of parts available and didn't really look for prices. Will order some for sure.

Disappointment. Due to non-renewal and deception on the website, I will have to wait at least two weeks for the part with the dismantled vehicle. Because they are just a store without a warehouse. Have at least everything that is on the website in your clipboard.

Unbelievable, there has been a big turnaround and on .....2022 the item is on its way, so I apologize for the nervousness and I am waiting to see what will be in the package. I hope not a bomb, just a brick.
