It is a very beautiful place and the apartments are great.

But I decreased the rating for Service because I had not find salt and pepper in the kitchen, and I had not ask at the reception because it was closed, but based on open hours it should be open 🤷

And yes, I think I will be back here in the near future, but I will buy salt and pepper prior 😅

We spend a wonderful week in this rezort. It is situated in nice valley and offers a lot of possibilities how to relax not only for kids, but for adults too. You can enjoy for example swimming pool, wellness, bowling, billiard, outdoor kids playground, tenis court and workout park.
The personnel was very professional, nice and helpful. The food was excellent and very tasty. We enjoyed rich breakfast every single morning that consists of every food you can wish for a breakfast (eggs, omelets, sausages, vegetables, pancaked, bakery...)
Dinners were served as buffet, so as well as the breakfast, you could choose from many different types of meals and every single one that we tried was fantastic. On top of that, every evening there was a different combination of offered meals, so even after 7 days, we were still looking forward to it.
Accommodation was nice and clean. We pre-booked nice apartment with two bedrooms (with king sized beds), kitchen and living room.
Although our experience in this resort was excellent, there are some things (details), I dare to recommend improvement. There were no clothes dryers (or some hanger you can put your clothes on to let them dry) in neither of our rooms... The other thing is, that you have to order the room service to come and change you towels or refill the toilet supplies, which we didn't know from the beginning. So I would either inform the customers, that they have to do that, or as in most of other hotels, the room service should do it by default, if you put the sign on the door.
Over all, it was a great experience spending time in this resort and we can definitely recommend it.

Have been visiting Gothal resort for good few years… last week we spent there a long weekend … were spoiled by happy and smiley staff with genuine care for our needs … happy & smiley staff very helpful, facilities great for sport, relax and fun… kids club entertainment kept us laughing too … half board food and pizzas excellent quality and choice … massages and private jacuzzi brought us back to life … can’t wait to go back next summer 🍀

In love with this place. We're regulars over here almost since their opening and it's hard to beat. Perfect food, lovely people, good services and amazing accommodation. Perfect for families!

So nice and beautifull place. Nature arround, wonderful. I love it. Rooms peacefull without disturbings from anyone. Good size, clean and warm. Service great. Food even better. You need to come here. This is rest for a soul. For any recommendations.

Still work in progress, so please inform the staff in advance, so they place you far from the construction work, however they try to limit the noise in the morning. Again, ask for a quiet place, especially if you have small kids. We were there with our half a year old daughter and had no problems with construction noise whatsoever. Placed in beautiful valley, many attractions are few kilometers away, you can rent an e-bike. The swimming pools were clean, everything is new, so no complains there. Food was slightly above average. Staff friendly. Many like the pizza, but :) I call it the 'Easter bloc pizza', I prefer Italian style pizza. Matter of preference. I expected the Wellness part with saunas to be larger, but it was not crowded fortunately. And again calm and clean.
The area is very nice. Definitely recommend.

Amazing place, everything is super clean and tidy. Apartments are very luxurious, nicely furnished a combination of minimalism and a hint of local folklore. A/C and TV in each bedroom. Mosquito nets on windows. Free Wifi evrywhere. Staff was super helpful. Kudos to Animator girls, they deserve a chapter of their own. There are a lot of programs for kids throughout the day (both indoor and outdoor). There are also quizes/activities for the parents in the evening - quite a lot of fun. Food is a higlight as well, definitely above the Slovakian standard. Waterworld and wellness is really well built, kids were not bored for 3 days straight in the same pool. Would visit again.

Excellent family vacation in a beautiful nature. We decided to come here due to covid restrictions, as the risk was much lower than abroad. And we didnt regret it at all.
Apartment was spacious and nicely equipped, newly furbished and well organized. Ladies at reception were very kind and supportive.
Breakfast had a large offer of cold and warm meals, supplies were refilled fast, depite of quite some guests in the peak period.
We used the Slovak restaurant for lunches or dinners, we can only recommend it.
What made our stay very nice, were also all the available options to sport and relax. Spa offers various pools for enjoying pure swimming or just relaxing with bubbles around. Kids were attracted by small pool and climbing castle just nearby. In the same building, you can find also bowling, billiard, inside- and outside playgrounds for children. During the summer, we also enjoyed animations for kids - ladies were really good and gave us extra time to enjoy the coffea or beer while watching our kids playing or dancing with them.
I can only highly recommend this place for a family vacation of all ages - the place is very representative, offers great services and you are very close to many interesting places around (sightseeing of Orava or Liptov region is just minutes away, nice nature is all around).

Velmi pekne ubytovania v apartmanoch, izby novo zariadene a dobre usporiadane. Recepcia mila a ustretova. Ranajky nam velmi chutili, kazdy z nas si nasiel, co chcel. Casnici ozaj kmitali, aby bolo vsetkeho dost a aby bolo rychlo upratane aj pre dalsich hosti. Kolibu sme vyuzili na obedy ci vecere, jedlo bolo tiez vyborne a obsluha prijemna. Vo vodnom svete sme si oddychli aj zaplavali, preliezkovy hrad pri detskom bazene nam ulahcil zabavanie deti :) V tejto casti rezortu je aj bowling ci biliard, indoorova detska herna aj outdoorove ihrisko - takze deti santili na preliezkach a my sme mohli kavickovat na lehatkach. V lete sme zazili uzasne detske animatorky, ktore robili v roznych castiach dna programy pre deti aj rodicov - a vdaka nim sme mali problem chodit na vylety, detom bolo luto, ze im ujde niektory z programov :) Vyborny pobyt pre rozne vekove kategorie, my ako rodina so s detmi sme si to velmi uzili!
A rezort je velmi dobrym vychodiskovym bodom pre vylety do okolia, ako na Liptov, tak aj na Oravu ci Donovaly.

Good place for spending leisure time and for recreation. Very nice interior and design. Very friendly and helpful stuff! Modern lockers and everything was tidy. Good prices, but if the small restaurant has busy times, you have to wait for your meal longer than the average. Really good choice.

Lovely place. Looks great. Lots to do for all family. Gym, pools etc. Very helpful staff. The cleaners are very friendly and ensuring all lodges are clean.

Great place, three pools, the kid's one full of toys, minicafe right next to the pools. Really nice and helpful staff, great restaurant, saunas, the gym and the outdoor playground. A must visit place if you are in the area.

We organized two conferences during year. Great and helpful staff with good meeting rooms and of course around nature of Liptov - is perfect for amazing event ✅

We were impressed over the quality of this places. Every house has wifi, tv, clean toilets and bathrooms, good quality beds and equipped kitchens.

The staff is very polite too.

Great complex! Accommodation is very coazy and the food was excellent. All the other amenities are great and Gothal invested in the best equipment possible!

Nice place to visit over winter holiday. Swimming pool, ice ring, wellness, bowling, gym..and more. Service was very good, clean place, not cheap but ok.

Very clean and well organized place. We had great experience. 2 hours is enough for the pools.
