One of the best places I stayed at in more than 35 countries. Definitely the best in Slovakia. Why? Homely feeling, great food, lovely owners, clean and spacious room, lot of books in the library, cozy decor and tranquil music, great views and I can go on. We will definitely be back.

We were passing through Telgar, when stuck in the snowstorm. They helped us with accomodation without reservation. Altough it was an emergency solution, I found it one of the best of its kind I’ve ever been to. Thank You!

We were looking for a place with Slovak atmosphere, and we are very pleased. The accommodation is clean and cosy, food is delicious, and staff is nice and more than helpful. We will surely come back soon.

Very high level of service with focus on authentic cooking, locally sourced food and gastronomical experience. A rare sight in a region where nature is wonderful but service infrastructure could be better. It's a small place so highly recommended to call first for table reservations/availability. They offer accommodation too, a great base for daytrips to the 3 surrounding national parks.

Exceedingly nice and accommodating staff, attention to detail, fantastic food, comfy rooms. Considering what you get for your money, it's actually a bargain! Highlight for me was their homemade sourdough bread and youghurt with local forest blueberries.

5* service, very clean and cosy atmosphere. Surrounded by nature. You'll fall in love with this place. Spend a relaxing weekend or just come for a perfect dinner from local ingredients and experience high level of service. They always make sure you are satisfied!

Only visited for food, but the experience was great, atmosphere unique and staff friendly. Cozy, stylish and delicious. Possibly the best restaurant in town (and region).
