Exploring the castle is like going through a quest, the place is really, really large. I spent about an hour there walking the pathways 🤗and the views are sooo beautiful!
There's a free parking. A lot of spaces, though I arrived somewhere around noon. Smth like 20-30 mins walk to the castle, 👍

Amazing ruins. Lovely hike in which you have the option to choose an easier or more difficult hike. I’d say about 20/25 minutes up and the same to go down. Very beautiful at sunset, but be careful because you’ll have to walk back through the forest in the dark.

No tickets, no guides, just straight up 30 mins of walk in the woods to visit the ruins of a castle! What more could you ask for?! The view is breathtaking, but beware because there are no safety rails, no warning signs, you might want to keep your kids on a leash to avoid them from falling into the Carpathian forests down below. There's a good place to eat some cake in the village down below, so be sure to pay a visit!

Free castle ruins. Still well developed. Lots of precarious places to explore and take great photos. Must visit if you can! You can get to the nearby village by bus and then walk too :)

Ruins of a mediaeval castle located about 20 mins walk from the parking area. The castle is quite big and offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Beautiful place well worth a visit.

Fantastic views from castle, easy to access about 30min from parking. Access was free of charge on beautiful sunny day. It is good for families, even with small kids. On top it can be dangerous because it is bit high so careful about your kids.

Nice hike with the kids. The usual track that most of tourists take is steep and short. Secret tip is to take the detour around Pohanska which is definitely less crowded and you're alone with the nature.

Great place to chill out, the hike isn't even that exhausting. I'd even say it's pretty easy. The ruins of the castle are majestic and you get a great view from up there aswell! There is even a map showing other castles, cities and villages that you can see from up there. I recommend this place for everyone who likes hiking.

Lovely 20 minute hike through the woods to this ruin. Great photo opportunities around the ruins. There are longer trails to be had
If you wonder what the smell is in April /May time of year, its wild garlic. You can eat the leaves or take some home to cook with 😊

Beautiful views and aweinspiring ruins. Its a bit dangerous to climb around, but with care it should be no problem. Walk from the parking is quick and mostly in shadow
