Chateau Appony

Wellness was good, but nothing special. There are two steam, one finnish and one infra saunas. The pool is good for swimming and there is one hot tub for 6 people.
Thanks for the employee who managed to get us slippers as we forgot to take our own.

The restaurant experience was simply great - the food was amazing and the service was perfect.

We were guests as part of the Team building, so I can't speak about the price/service ratio.
Wonderful location, under the Tribec mountain, a possible walk to the ruins of the Oponice fortress.
The manor house has been renovated in an enchanting way, congratulations to the investors! The library is perhaps the most beautiful I have ever been to.
Our suite was especially beautiful, we even had a jacuzzi.
Wellness, bowling, walking in English Park, tennis, food - everything was excellent.

Definitely a place to stay with its own wellness, wonderful restaurant and a very magical park behind the chateau. I recommend taking a 30 min guided tour of the library, tickets available at the reception:)

Fantastic hotel in the beautiful palace. Everything was very fine, spacious room, good service, tasty meals. Pool and saunas - very nice. The library - a must see! I had a very pleasant stay in Chateau Appony.

Brilliant. Not so famous place with delicious rest experience. Great cozy wellness and restaurant. Plus very calm and peaceful nature.

This place is fantastic.What surprised me the most was the staff!!Very good customer service(not that usual in Slovakia)And when you have that,you don’t mind dry fish or dirty room.We loved our weekend and had the best time ever.

Lovely historic hotel. Staff are polite and friendly. Restaurant was nice but different compared to other hotels. Room was nice, not a big room but was decent enough for two people. Would recommend if your around Nitra and don't mind the extra travel.

A wonderful place to relax and unwind, in a quiet location with great facilities such as a wellness area, bowling, excellent restaurant with a three-course menu and most importantly great and helpful staff.

A beautiful Chateau in beautiful grounds. Excellent service, comfortable rooms, spotless, wonderful food and fantastic wellness facilities. I need to repeat the excellent service because they all went above and beyond from the reception ladies to the food service staff.

This one of the best places in Slovakia. We love it so much. But we don't like the wine there. We thested a lot but nothing special well...

Great place to stay. Has a fully functional spa and a bowling alley to help you relax. Great breakfast buffet spread. Plenty of grocery stores within 10-15 mins drive. Good wifi. Great rooms and service

Absolutely perfect staff. Château is very nice, unfortunately something under the historic byrocracy restrictions. And when garden be finalized everything will be perfect. Don't miss the historical interpretation in the library,it's amazing.

Beautiful place to stay, nice wellness and good food in restaurant, and definitely everyone has to see its library with about 17 000 books that are centuries old

Rooms are too big and comfortable. I am happy that i choose this hotel for my businesstrip. Definetly value and budget choice with the feeling like a queen/king.

Don't even try to miss the library ... it's a real pearl of history. Well-managed project, with very kind personnel.

If you ever wonder how the aristocratic life was, you may go there and you will get much more experience with all their modern facilities. And just that epical entry to the chateau alley is so stunning that's worth all the price.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Absolutely perfect. Outsdanding food an spa overlooking english park is one of the krown jewels in the whole area. Dont miss the old library.

Excellent staff! Had a wonderful time during the guided tour of the library. A must see gem!
