The best stop I have visited. Super clean, shopping center in premises. Only negative is ticket counter. There were only two counters open, and the were slow. Better to buy ticket online.

Well organized bus station. You have to take downstairs form the shopping complex to reach here. And the shopping complex itself is amazin too

Best, cleanest, most modern bus station I have been to on my trip in Europe. Great mixed use design.

The bus station, located in the -1 lower garage level of the upscale Nivy Centrum mall, is a far cry from its old predecessor. Climate controlled seating areas, plenty of large informational monitors, clear signage, a huge Lidl supermarket plus all the retail stores and restaurants in the mall, including a McDonald's, make taking an intercity bus quite a pleasant experience. Both Slovak lines and Regiojet buses use the new terminal, making it easy to connect to other towns in Slovakia as well as Vienna, Prague and Budapest. Orderly queues and a clean environment are nothing like the typical North American Greyhound station. Bus travel here does not have the stigma nor undesireable elements commonly associated with their use in other parts of the world. It's very safe and, in my experience, punctual.

Probably one of the best kept bus stations I have been in. I understand it is new and all so I hope they can maintain the standards.
Super relaxing overall and easy walk from the center.

A sparkling new bus station. Many shops, fast food stores, seatings, information points and screens. Also the toilet was in quite a good status. There's also a close scenic landscape view on the high-rise buildings under construction just next to it.

Nice location in the heart of the city, plenty of platforms and the buses seem to arrive on time although ours was about 10 min late. The terminal is underground which leads straight into the mall. Good planning 👏

Bus station itself is easy to find, at -1 level of the mall and right next to bunch of stores to pick food and stuff. It’s modern, clean, and beautifully built. I would say that it’s the best bus station I have seen and been to.
Just need couple more benches for people to sit on.

I would not normally rate a bus station but Holy hell this is an exception. We had the use of a very comfortable private lounge due to traveling to another country. Huge, clean and spacious mall with a great food court. A well air conditioned space to kill a few hours while waiting for the unsurprising delayed FlixBus.

A big plus for clean toilets, free luggage storage lockers and spots for phone charging. There are also many shops and benches. We've been waiting here some time for our bus and we didn't get bored ;D

It's about 15-20 minute walking distance from Bratislava Old Town. If you have enough time, we recommend you to go there while waiting for the bus.

Easy access to the bus station, all necessary amenities are within a reach. All new and easy to navigate. The shopping centre makes waiting bearable. All clean and staff super friendly and helpful. Highly recommending

Nice new station. Plenty of screens with bus information, free WiFi and charging points. Food kiosks have amazing and fresh food, wide variety of drinks. Interesting bit in the middle belongs to Alza shop which sells electronics, computers, mobile phones and accessories. The only thing missing is money exchange.

It is located in a huge and clean shopping centre with lots of shops and food court! Very easy to access!
