I have to say that I was really impressed by the smoothness and professionalism of Hertz Car Rental.
It literally took less than 4min to collect the car in the arrival hall, in the airport terminal.

I've used them many times before, Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty, Firefly and never had a bad experience.

And they are still in the terminal building, car park is just outside, still have good opening hours and still have a keybox, so you can return the car outside opening hours.

I can only recommend!

Заказывал через брокера на их суб-бренд FireFly. Машину дали выше классом, с полным фаршем (стеклянная крыша, навигация, круиз контроль). Приемка и сдача без проблем, все быстро и четко. Выгода по сравнению с другими прокатчиками в отсутствии сбора за пересечение границ и относительно невысокая цена за детское сидение.

מסרו לנו רכב, מבלי שהזמנו מראש, כשהכל סביב סגור ואין רכבים בנמצא. הבחור בדלפק היה שירותי להפליא ואף הציע ליווי עד הרכב👌🏻

Ústretový personal, dobry vyber aut a flexibilny pri potrebe zmeny vratenia alebo pozicania auta v iny cas alebo den.

I reserved a gps unit. Then when I got to my car, I discovered the car had its own gps.
Why wouldn’t the guy tell me I don’t need to rent a gps?! To make money, of course !

It's fine. They're nice enough. Decent prices. Nothing special.

The process was very slow.
