Hotel Tatra

I spent a week in Bratislava. This was 3rd time (and 3rd different hotel I chosen). "Tatra" became my favorite because of the location and "value for the price". Great breakfast (various options + few changes over the week during my stay). Quiet good internet connection (speed and stability). I had a room (#405) with a window facing the inner yard, so was happy not to hear any street noise. "Tatra" will be on the top of my list when next time come back to Bratislava and need an accommodation in that part of the city.

Great location to travel, quiet at night. If you're lucky, there's a good view of the mountains and villages.
The room was in good condition, and the breakfast I had here was the best breakfast that makes me looking forward to waking up in the morning.

It's little unconvinient that there's a little lack of sound insulation, and two people stayed in a double room, but they only gave me one card key.

But if I travel here again, I will choose Tatra. Thank you for making me a great trip.

Pro: Excellent location just across old town /city center. Very clean.
Not so good: there is “no air” sentiment when you enter the room. Even if you let the windows opened, still is not so great. Room is very little. Beds are not comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Tatra Hotel, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist by the night shift staff Domenic and Peter. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding service.

The hotel is in need of some renovations, especially the carpets in the rooms. That being said, the room we stayed in was clean and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was great, with a big spread.
The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the Old City and with a BILLA just across the road.
Given that it was the cheapest 4 star hotel in Bratislava, it deserves the review (paid 60 Euros per night with breakfast included). Just keep in mind that there is a reason for the lower price compared to other 4 star hotels and you’ll have a great experience here.

Comfortable rooms and good breakfast

We visited Zen Spa in the hotel for float therapy, also with massage and sauna in package. Floating was great, but massage was really awesome. The massuer is big proffesional. Thank you very much!

We had to leave super early before the breakfast time so the hotel prepared breakfast package for us to go.

This is our favourite hotel in Bratislava. Very nice rooms, great breakfast and nice staff. Breakfast is one of the best we ever had in hotels.

Good breakfast. Try the beans, baguette, scrambled eggs, gluten free bread. The house pastries are not so great. Very welcoming staff. Excellent location and good sized rooms. Valje for price.

Came here on a stag do and thought we’d arrived at the wrong hotel the place was so nice! Good size rooms and they were happy for us to check in early and leave our bags with them for later collection on the last day. Very close to the city centre and easy to find when returning. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and the staff friendly and accommodating.

Could not ask for a better hotel for the money in Old Town. Great room, good air con, huge breakfast, and nice bar. Also, overnight parking is only €18 compared with more than double that for some other hotels close by.

Great location, clean rooms.

Excellent stay. Even though it was 36°C outside, the AC worked perfectly. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Forgot my glasses in the hotel, but the staff sent them to me free of charge.

Great location. The room was very big, cosy and clean. We enjoyed a lot our staying there. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions you might ask about Bratislava.

Very clean, very new. Breakfast is very good. Just a down note: parking is not included in the price of the room and costs 18,00 eur a night.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Bratislava with clean rooms and large bathroom. Very expensive garage parking - 18 €/day. If the breakfast is cheaper (16€), I could take it.
