Our hotel experience was absolutely incredible. From the moment you enter the hotel you can feel house cozy it is. For me it is a must stay hotel especially during winter because they have the xmas decorations and you have also the fireplace in the background. It is definitely a vibe.

Why you should choose this place? Clean, convenient location and very affordable. Unfortunately the first day in Bratislava we stayed in a hotel very close to the trains as we had an early train to catch but it wasn’t worth it. It wasn’t clean enough and we actually paid 95 euro for that one night and we didn’t enjoyed it.

At Marrol’s you get a luxurious hotel for like 120€ per day which includes the breakfast. For me this is a bargain. I definitely recommend this place to whoever wants to stay in Bratislava. The taxi price from the hotel to the airport is like less than 10€ but it is worth noting that the hotel is in a convenient location close to some bus stops as well. For example we took the bus to go to the Devin’s castle from the stop that was 5-6 min away.

Excellent stay! Hotel staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy walk to Old Town and to the river. Rooms even have a chess table which is fun :) They have a nice comfy bathrobe and slippers. Front desk was super kind, and printed out my train tickets for me. Breakfast was tasty - lots of options.

Love love love this hotel. Our experience of Bratislava was mediocre, but this hotel save it from being atrocious. Beautiful art, impeccably clean rooms, and an amazingly honest staff. Yes, we got swindled by the taxi getting to the hotel (shouldn’t be more than 10€), but they made sure we were comfortable after our experience. The common areas are tastefully designed, the rooms are roomy and the welcome beverages were much needed. Bravo for the hospitality!

What a lovely suite we had! We stayed here during my husband's birthday and they were nice enough to suprise him with a bottle of wine. The receptionist was very welcoming. Quite charming and very friendly. He told us that our suite was his favourite room in the hotel. The rooms was very spacious and you even get your own private veranda. The hotel was also conveniently located near a tram stop so it was easy to go there from the tram station and since it is quite in the city center. It was easy to walk to the tourist spots and nearby local restaurants. Breakfast was okay, could still be improved with more greens. Overall, quite good for the value and everyone of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended when in Bratislava.

Lovely small boutique hotel in the heart of Bratislava. Rooms are small but it's a lovely little hotel. Easy access to the river front and also the pedestrian centre area. Thomas was amazing and helpful at the front desk

Excellent stay. Beautiful room and bathroom, with a nice bath and quality toiletries.

The staff was very friendly and professional. We even got a drinks voucher per person.

Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options.

This hotel was such a great stay. We only had a single night, but the location, quality, and friendly staff definitely made an impression. We easily walked into the old town and up to the castle. Breakfast was delicious! Tip: We had a rental car which we parked in their underground garage. The parking spots are really small and the garage is extremely tight for maneuvering the car.

Located at the center of Bratislava, the hotel gives the feeling of 70s. They have the closed park option but street parking is much cheaper. The staff is friendly and always try to help. Houdini Restaurant is a good option if you do not want to go elsewhere.

Let me just start by saying the staff has been amazing everyone from check in to chambermaid and bell staff over the top
Rooms are beautiful if I had one complaint would be to have a special topper for those of us with bad backs as I felt like I had springs sticking in my back for 3 nights I did see this comment from another reviewer so had requested on check in but nothing was done until asking again the second night but it wasn’t enough almost wanted to sleep on couch in lobby

This hotel was perfect and we could not fault anything. Scoring 5 google stars with us is rare.

It is close to a tram stop so easily accessible from the station and close to both the town centre, the old town, and the riverside with its bars.

Everything in the hotel is sensible e.g. the free drinks in the minibar.

The only thing we never managed was to use the free welcome drinks in the bar, another nice touch.

The only smallest of points is breakfast - a description of what is what would have been helpful. For instance that there's bucks fizz!

Well done and if back in Bratislava we'd certainly return.

A very nice hotel. Perfect location, great service, spacious room. You can even play chess in the room. Free minibar. It was nice to find a laundry basket for dirty towels instead of the usual practice of putting them on the floor or in the bathtub. The breakfast was good, but nothing special. We enjoyed breakfasts in many 4-star hotels much more.

The rooms are a high standard with loccitaine ( my 😍 favourite) products! Immaculately clean as I am very fussy!!!
I loved the complimentary water, soft drinks and beers which after a long day's travels are much appreciated!!
We were also given complimentary drinks at the bar.
Very informative staff who took their time to explain everything in English for us!!

Such a quaint and chic hotel. The design transports you to the days of opulence past, but do not think that the furniture are old. They are brand new. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff is top notch. You will find hidden gems throughout the hotel. Definitely want to come again.

Beautiful boutique hotel which is walking distance to the old town, river and other attractions. Staff are very nice and attentive. They offer guests free welcome drink at their beautiful bar. They have an excellent breakfast buffet.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options for every taste. The location is also very good, just a few minutes walk from the city center.

A wonderful 5-star hotel with a comfortable and nice atmosphere. The Library Bar is a sweet spot to have a drink before or after dinner, and the Houdini restaurant is outstanding, serving both a great breakfast buffet and amazing dinners. We booked the Jasmine Spa to have the saunas and hot tub all to ourselves for two hours - pure magic. Our room was roomy and comfortable. Service throughout the hotel is friendly and genuine. Location is perfect, a short stroll to the center of Old Town, but very quiet at night. The perfect place to stay in Bratislava, all at reasonable prices.

Great location and exceptional staff. Only improvement would be to have more vegan options at breakfast and the restaurant.

We went for weekend trip and had a pleasant stay. Very close to all tourist attractions and clubs/bars. They have a great breakfast and are willing to make anything which is not in buffet (We tried Omelette, Egg Benedict, Crepes, Barista Coffee, etc. and they delivered everything). There spa is very clean and a must. Book spa in advance to avoid any disappointment.
