M&T Rent a Car

M&T cars were an excellent choice as we could rent using a Debit Card unlike most airport cars you have to have a Credit Card. Very efficient staff and nice cars. Gave a personal touch and even drove us to the airport through their own kindness. Thank you we will be back

Everything was perfect

Ustretovost, rychlost, auta ciste, nebol problem ani pristavenie auta na letisko Schwechat co nam veci velmi ulahcilo. Takto by mala vyzerat autopozicovna na vysokej urovni. Dakujeme

Dakujem velmi pekne za take pohotovostne sluzby. Nemohla by som viac ocakavat. Urcite sa este zastavim.

Ceny boli veľmi prijateľné a páčil sa mi ich osobný prístup.

If you want to experience something different, this is the right place. The flyers promise great cars and the location in the Hotel Carlton is certainly a reference.

At the office was unfortunately none and so we had to call her by telephone. We then wanted the cheapest offer for a day and got an ML for 125 € offered. The little ones were out of stock. Oh well.

When we checked out, a Nissan Note was available for 50 € including everything. Fine.

The car looked like a private car. Canned and bottles in font. We do not need to refuel. OK. The first route led to the gas station as the tank was empty.

In sum we had a used but decent car and everything was as easy as announced. To the end remained a strange feeling. Everything did not fit into the flyer.

The worst car rental experience I had ever had in 25 years!!!
It started with arriving with a 5-seat car although we ordered 7 seats - and trying to convince us to hold our kids in our hands (for 10 days...) since 2 car seats were stolen.
After many hours of waiting, he arrived with a very old and beaten 7 seats car. The car had 207K KM!!
The right mirror was detached, and he asked us to buy glue to install it, AC didn't work (it was august! ), the radio and entire media system didn't work, and many other malfunctions.
The worst was the fact that 4 of the 7 seats were assembled in the wrong place (left instead of right) which means the seat belt and the seat buckle were in the same side - and you cannot use the safety belt!!
The owner - who calls himself Mikel - didn't answer us or said he couldn't help leaving us with practically 3 seats we can uae safetly instead of 7.
But it didn't end here. the car didn't work twice for many hours due to the inability to operate the engine, again Mikel's answers were not helpful or in big delay - for example, when it happened in the evening we were told that till tomorrow he cant help. Just after many hours, the problem was solved leaving us "in the air" on the day of our flight back.
Following that - Mikel didn't appear when I returned the car nor did he answer my calls. When I asked for a response in WhatsApp, he refused and blocked me.

Very bad experience with this rental company (the worth I ever had!). The car was not the one booked the day before, the car was not at the location informed the day before, then we lost 45 minutes to go to another place to have the replacement car. BUT the worse is coming, when we returned the car (before 5.30PM as agreed with the company), nobody was in the agency (Carlton Hotel), then as per their instruction at the time of booking we went to the hotel reception to let the key and they indicated us to let the car in the parking. It is what we did. But when I came back in France, I noticed that 36 euros was debited from my credit card. After several emails and phone call, the rental company indicate me that is was for the Parking fees! We only followed the indication gave by the person that rent us the car and at the end we have to paid for their incompetency!!! They never wanted to reimburse me... Run far away from this rental company.
