Thank you GlobalCar, I quite appreciated the service during the peak season, whereas the other rental companies could not satisfied my inquiry. Also, I had to prolong my rental time and the management met my needs politely as requested. Overall: satisfied.

Pozicanie 9 miestneho auta k moru. Pravzatie bezproblemove, vyhoveli nam s skorsim prevzatim a neskorsim odovzdanim kedze sme z ineho mesta nez pozicovna. Chvalim pristup zamestnanca pozicovne.

Seriózne jednanie

We rented privately as tourists from Banksa Bystrica and returned in Bratislava. It's worth mentioning that an acknowledgement email is not a confirmation email supposedly. They weren't aware of our booking and as it was a Saturday the office was closed.
We had to wait until someone came and sorted us out.
Both branches are very hard to find as they have no signs outside. They're on Google maps tho and its accurate but once you're there you wouldn't know.
Handover and pick up happens int he yard and not in an office. No written information about insurance is given.

Communication is limited as we don't speak Slovak. Tried to ring them about additional driver options but weren't able to communicate over the phone.

Anyway, the car was perfect and in great condition. The deposit has been paid back withing three days and no hassle during handing back the car once you find the right door in an industrial estate.

We can recommend the place if you're not easily getting stressed out

Nikdy viac... auta maju, slubuju auto pristavit a odviest... vcera meskali 45 min s pristavenim, dnes cakam 4 hodiny(!!!) kym si auto preberu ... a zalohu na vratenie zabudnu... a ani slovo ospravedlnenie... ak mate chut na aj je to management do toho...
