It’s a nice atmosphere here. We are here 2 evenings in a raw - a few tables are occupied. Good Slavic food, prices are acceptable. Portions are not that big.
Slavic traditional music is playing, great view from here, Czech beer (poured in a way so that there are bubbles, but it does not effect the taste much).

Very delicious Slovakian traditional food! Wide menu with appetizers, main dishes, desserts and drinks! Huge portions and very affordable prices😊 traditional mountain hut interior with traditional music playing- definitely recommend visiting this place!

Great mountain-style traditional food. A few vegetarian options (mostly with cheese) but really tasty. The prices are very good for the potions and quality you get. You can’t sit inside if you have a dog but there are a few tables outside. Free parking available on the spot.

A popular place, had to wait a bit for a table (we were 5 people). Good range of Slovak dishes and very reasonable prices. Large car park. Attractive rustic decor.
They really need to get a better food photographer. The dishes on their web site look unappetizing and we almost didn't go because of this. The reality is way better than it looks from the pics.

I enjoyed my experience here so much, I plan to come back tomorrow! They have all the staples of Slovak cuisine, and hearty portions that are perfect after a long day of hiking (or skiing!). The servers are kind and speak English. The building feels cozy and authentic with many large tables both indoors and outdoors. Definitely go here for an authentic experience in general, and delicious food that tastes like home cooking.

Visited 3 times for evening meal during our holiday here. Good food, reasonable prices, friendly staff. Very cool and cosy looking decor. You can get traditional food well cooked here.

Best stuffed chicken ever and for acceptable prices. (Actually, if compared to the quality of the food, prices are even very low.)The atmosphere, interior design and view are awesome. Very cute Slovak folky vibe. Kind personnel.

This is an absolutely excellent place and we go here every time we're in Slovakia. The food is amazing, especially if you like traditional Slovak dishes. The atmosphere is super cozy and the staff is nice and helpful. Prices are good too. There are several parking spots right next to the restaurant. If the weather's nice, you also get to enjoy a view of the Tatra mountains.

I’ve been there a couple of times, probably the best regional food, outstanding atmosphere and fast service.

Amazing Slovak food in a lovely traditional cottage, good service and hearty portions. The area around the restaurant is also beautiful, and there are some really nice views on High Tatras from the windows!

Cosy in the winter with traditional Slovak cuisine. Good prices for the high tatras. Good service including a shot for the road (we were walking) and sweets for the kids. Plus a nice cat outside.

This quiet place has a view to the highest mountains in Slovakia, excellent local food and excellent beer, all at affordable prices. Five stars well deserved.

A little bit small but very cozy typical Slovak restaurant koliba-style :-) The main dish and the dessert (Tatra Honeycake) were very delicious. And they have draught Kofola too! :-) Prices are very affordable which is a fact that is becoming more and more rare in High Tatras. I can recommend this place.
