Very nice location ! Great hotel !
But , unfortunately lady on reception Maria was very arrogant to me and my friends on check in . A bit of nice manners would be appreciated!

One of the best wellness experiences I had. The wellness section is big, there are plenty of saunas, the sauna seances are amazing, it is a great place to relax.

Only used the spa. One of the best I've ever been to. The lighting helps to relax.

That was perfect week in Slovakia. Hotel is really great. Rooms are proper and clean. There is everything on very good level. Food is really nice, maybe it could be more Slovak but its ok. Very gentle service with class, its nice to see waiters with bow-ties. Pool is really relaxing. Strongly reccommended :)

Hotel is really perfect, particularly for families with children. Very well located, closely to the Hrebienok cable railway, the train station and mountain routes. Very nice, spacious rooms, just renovated. Good selection of food both for breakfasts and dinners. Amazing swimming pool and wellness area and much more. Last but not least - very nice and helpful staff. Hope to visit this place again :)

What a nice surprise. First of all, I appreciate the renovation done - they changed an old building to a solid hotel. The rooms are very nice with comfy beds, nice terrace and view. The wellness area is very nice, especially the Finnish sauna and ice cold pool. The front desk staff looks sharp and together with wellness reception they were professional. The front desk manager resolved our request eloquently. Well done.

We have visited Bellevue twice, in June and later in August 2020. During Covid pandemic we have really appreciated the hotel is large and there was plenty of space for social distance. Even in wellness, as Bellevue has one of biggest Finnish sauna's in Tatras and biggest pool. Rooms are very nice (we have stayed in main building- once in apartment, second time in room on the 7th floor with amazing view). Food was tasty, services and personnel nice. I would recommend for families with kinds as we are. Additionally, Stary Smokovec is good city to stay in Tatras, as there are many options for hiking and cycling in the area.

Perfect location very near to town, great food and wellness, very friendly staff prepared to fulfill any of your request like breakfast package on the photo. We will truly come back again.

Great place when staying in Vysoké Tatry. Hotel itself is perfect. There is wellness - massages, saunas, jacuzzi, swimming pools. Also bowling and fitness. I recommend it 100%

Nice kongress/konference hotel in Hight Tatras close to Train stop. Well organised with larg car park, delicious breakfast and pretty rooms. Recommended!

Nice hotel. We visited to use their newly opened wellness centre and it was wonderful, clean and uncrowded

Luxurious rooms, tasty food, friendly staff, fitness, spa, wonderful nature around, excellent for families with kids.
