** Objednavka dosla na Valentina.

Objednávka na Valentína nebola spracovaná kvôli dovolenke.
- Informácia o dovolenke nebola spomenutá nikde počas objednávacieho procesu alebo v konfirmačnom maili, Dávajte si pozor lebo môžete prehliadnuť skutočnosť že Vaša objednávka nebude doručená včas!

Na túto stránku som sa dostal cez google (tak ako vy) a s veľkou radosťou som objednal náramok ktorý takmer presne vystihoval to čo sa mojej priateľke páči.
Za náramok som zaplatil 05.02.2019, platba bola reálne zúčtovaná 07.02.2019.
12.02.2019 som napísal mail aby bolo potvrdené odoslanie,
13.02 som obdržal mail v ktorom sa písalo že mali dovolenku a že náramok nestihne dôjsť.
Keďže som sa na túto stránku dostal cez google moja prvá stránka ktorú som videl nebola domovská stránka, ale sekcia náramky kde som si náramok našiel, objednal a zaplatil. Následne som obdržal email kde bola moja objednávka potvrdená.
Nasledujúca informácia bola viditeľná LEN na hlavnej stránke:

v dňoch 5.-13.2.2019 máme dovolenku a nebudeme odosielať objednávky.
Mrzí nás to, no doručenie objednávok do Valentína už nestíhame.

Takže je úplne reálne že niečo podobné sa môže stať aj Vám - objednáte si niečo s veľkým predstihom (Vianoce, narodeniny, meniny, výročie) ale neuvidíte informáciu ktorá sa nachádza na dvoch riadkoch na hlavnej stránke a hádajte čo? Nič Vám nepríde :)

** Arrived Valentines day

Valentine's order has not been processed due to annual leave.
I got to this page through google (just like You did) and I got excited when I found a bracelet that my girlfriend would love.
I paid for it on the 5th of February (plenty of time in advance for Valentine, especially if the delivery shouldn't take more than a day), however long story short, I still hadn't received it by 12th, so I sent an email asking about whereabouts of this bracelet, I got a reply the next day (one day before Valentine's!) saying they were just back from annual leave and that it would not be with me on time.
When I got to this page initially I was brought to the 'bracelets' section, where I found what I was looking for, placed an order and paid for it.
I also received a confirmation email thereafter.

The only information about annual leave was on the main page ONLY and it consisted of two lines that anyone would overlook.
So just be warned if You order from this website it may happen that Your order won't arrive even if You order plenty of time in advance, because they could just be on holidays, which would not be mentioned in the confirmation email or during the ordering process.
