AquaCity Poprad

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, as we wanted to spend a couple days in Poprad and visit also the Tatra mountains. Because we were hotel guests we also got free access to the pool and sauna area. Unfortunately pools only open till 20:00, which seems early for summer period. Dogs welcome in hotel. Free breakfast and dinner buffet. Free parking. Hotel very nice and modern, especially for Slovakia. Located just 10 minutes walk from city center. The pool area is huge and easy to get lost 😅

This is one of the best places ever… I am highly recommending to go for 1 full day of you want to relax..

It is having more than 5 sauna rooms with different types and don’t forget the cold cave sauna :-)

Pools are amazing and the outside pool is something from another universe..

Spend a lovely Sunday afternoon here in the pools and sauna's. We'll kept and organised. Pools were clean and working with the tag to pay for stuff is easy and convenient.

Sauna show was a nice extra, not bad.

That very nice staying at this place. Hotel and food in local restaurant was really good. Room was clean and prepared for resting. SPA was not for me because it was to crowdy. I really enjoyed sauna space and privat pools for adults, over there you can find peace and maximum relaxation.

During the off season, especially in the morning, it is less crowded. You can swim inside (in a brand new pool) or outside in the fresh air. Even in cold weather, the water temperature is very pleasant.

Buy your tickets online to ensure you get a better price, and if you can book a massuer in advance by phone because it's the only way. Even if you are going the same day plan and book not to miss these great hands available here to treat you like the king/ queen that you are.

Great place to relax and chill in hot water. Nice pools and jacuzzies outside and the wave is super too!
My favourite part is Wellness part with spa, massages and saunas. Lot of different types of saunas which is fantastic! Ice cold pool and Iceman cave made my day! Places with drinking water and small ice cubes is super helpful during stay.
I am a great fun of this place for last 20 years and will come back again for sure.
Last trip with my partner was super satisfying, even during the weekend there was not so many people in the morning - careful Wellness part is open from 12:00 so plan it :)
If you are sure you will came - buy the tickets online - this way is much cheaper!

Hot thermal outside swimming pools amazing! Clean, not so many People, water bar, nice hige part for Kids, playground and swimming pools for children. Laser show ať 20:30 was unexpecting!

⭐you have two sections, indoor and outdoor pools (you can acctualy swim in outdoor pool when is cold) you can choose type of your tickets, all pass, only indoor, only outdoor +wellness
- best atmosphere is probably at summer but you will get nice experience also in autumn

Great place to spend weekend for fair price! A lot of different pools but only 2 water slides... If to come early in the morning you can choose the best sunbed closer to the pool!

It's a very big water park which has a lot of facilities and slides. Water is thermal and warm so it's comfortably. In the evening there are laser shows I really recommend.

Aquacity is an amazing wellness and aquapark. I love to relax in their saunas and join sauna rituals. It's always so much fun 😀 Swimming is great too and I also enjoy outdoor thermal pools, and not only in summer, but also in winter with snow around it's so magical. Aquacity is one of my favorite wellness places in Slovakia.

We spent 4 hours there. We took the aquapark and wellness spa (34€ if you buy online at least one day before the date). Great experience, specialy the wellness area. It's made with taste.
The private pool inside was the best.

Aquapark facilities are excellent. Wellness and SPA are really impressive. We stayed at Hotel Mountain View. We chose half board option. No complaints. The only minus is lack of AC in this hotel.

The nicest water park I've ever visited. Lots of our door pools, slides and thermal pools. Great kids swimming pool and attractions, large indoor pool and small sauna. Worth a visit

Nice water park with hot pools. There is a bit less slides than we thought, but still a nice place for a rainy or sunny day!

A lot of pleasant surprises here, starting with the reasonable prices, continuing with a lot of nice amenities, very warm water even in the outdoor pools, nice steam sauna included in the entry price for the pools, and last but not least, the awesome laser show at the end of the day in the sapphire pool.

If it had 10 stars to rate, definitely I would choose that 10.
It was designed very complicated and also very interesting. It was so big and with many features. There was a bar inside one of the pools.
So you could enjoy drinks in the pools.
Water temperature in one of the warm pools was 38 °c and one another was 34°c.
So it's really a good experience in winters. You feel very comfort even if you go into the water during snowing.
There were interesting water slides, massage , spa , kids pools and many other features and interesting places inside.
Strongly recommended.
