Funki Punki pancakes

A delightful surprise in Bratislava! The staff is so kind and the pancakes are delicious! We tried about 5 different kinds of pancakes and none of them disappointed us. The coffee is really nice as well. For the price point would highly recommend this place!

This place has the most delicious food in Bratislava and the service is so kind and welcoming and makes you feel at home! The food is amazing, very light and affordable and budgetfriendly. The music gives you a great mood:)

The gluten-free vegan crepes here are better than any crepe I've ever had (with or without the allergens)! My partner is gluten-intolerant and I'm not, so I usually have to compromise on meals that we share, but this was no compromise—I would order the gluten-free version in a heartbeat.

Great selection of crepe fillings, both savory and sweet. Many of them are vegan-optional. The plating is nice.

Cozy atmosphere with artsy decor, California-style music (not too loud), good service (a bit understaffed during lunch rush but the server was doing her best and was really sweet).

Also, very affordable. The crepes are about 3€ each currently, and about 200g. I don't know if that's considered cheap or expensive (we are from Vienna). Two crepes is a good size for lunch.

This place has a great atmosphere with amazing food. They have toilets. I recommend the blackberry jam with vegan sour cream. We had to wait for a bit because I was here with two of my friends and all of us ordered 3 pancakes so of course it took a bit. Overall the pancakes, both sweet and savoury were really good.

Modern hipster vibes, great food and good prices! I’ve eaten a lot of mediocre pancakes in my life, but those were really something. The savory ones with grilled cheese were super delicious and fresh. Their hot chocolate is quite special as it is basically just melted chocolate. Cash payments only.

I've been going here for a while. They are always nice and cheerful even if they're packed full and doing their best to keep up. They have vegan options which is amazing for a pancake place in Slovakia. So yeah love it there.

This is a great place for lunch or small dinner for everyone who likes local authenticity. This creperie is popular amongs locals, often bussy in the afternoon and evening hours. Pancakes are simple, cheap and always pleasant part of a diet. If you are big eater you can order 3,4,5 different pancakes, salty or sweet. Surely recomennded when walking in the streets of old town.

They have an amazing playlist, they have toilets, they have really nice servers, they have very tasty pancakes (we did wait like half an hour for them but we ordered like 9 of them so that was actually our fault), what else do you need?

Extremely affordable and very tasty crepes. Well worth a visit. The blackcurrant wine was a great pairing - sweet as juice. The traditional cheese pancake was probably our favourite. Friendly (English) service too!

Great atmosphere, nice location and very good crepes

The crêpes were delicious, and the atmosphere was great. I got two crêpes, one savoury one sweet, but one would have been enough for me. They were very filling.

One of my favorite places to eat! I love the friendly atmosphere here, there are also some board games to play while waiting for your food!

Lovely place to hang out and enjoy some great palacinki in Bratislava. Also, the coffee is seriously good. It's not a hyper-polished place, it has a studenty feel, but if that's what you're looking for, it's perfect. (Also, the Elvis crepe may sound disgusting, but it's surprisingly nice!)

P.S.: As was previously said, they only take cash. Credit card would be practical for customers, but I have no idea what CC conditions are like in Slovakia and whether Funki Punki would end up paying a hefty part of their earnings to the credit card companies.

I come here quite often and the pancakes were almost always delicious - tried several sweet as well as savoury options (I had just one not so great experience out of maybe 10-15 visits) and the service is always nice. Good coffee and beer, fairly low prices. The pancake house also has a fantastic location in the Old Town (quiet charming street) and funky decor (they boast of not being Ikea-friendly 😂).

Small place with good and affordable pancakes definitely recommend the salty ones especially with cheese. Also the daily soup was great.
