This is such a beautiful tongue drum. I absolutely love it. I plan to use it for songwriting and for sound baths. I was surprised by how quickly it arrived in the mail. It plays great and has beautiful tones with the mallets or with your hands. The bag is very nice. It fits the drum well, has places for the mallets so they don't get lost, and it protects it well. I will definitely be ordering another one in a minor key in the future.

I own dozens of instruments, and have a particular love for pitched percussion (handpans, tongue drums, etc). I'd been looking at getting a Woodpack for over a year before I actually bought one. Super happy I did! Very fun instrument for both myself and my 20 month old. She's all about the mallets, I'm all about using my hands--works great for both. Sounds great on recordings if you plan on that, and is just a gorgeous bit of woodworking.

If you're on the fence, grab one. Highly, highly recommended.

I learned of WoodPack drums via Instagram. After listening to several drums all made with quality workmanship tuned to perfection for resonance and melodic harmonics, I purchased the Red Earth B Integral. I’m thrilled to have this drum added to my collection of instruments for sound baths and personal enjoyment.

I have always dreamed of an instrument from Boris, since I tried his Woodpack for the first time few years ago. However, once I saw his incredible flute, I wished it was mine :) And it happened this Christmas. My wife fulfilled this wish for me. The flute is a piece of art! Boris's work is amazing. Both flutes and tonguedrums. I have 3 instruments made by him and they are not only impressive for their design and production (they are like works of Art), but also for their sound and perfect tuning.

One of the best Tongue Drums I have ever played. I have two in my collection as of now and looking to add more in the future. What I love about these Drums is the precise tuning and size and the ability to plug them into my recording equipment and use my effects to enhance the natural sound even more. A problem I have had with others Tongue Drums is playing them live having to mike them up and dealing with feedback Issues and recording them, but with Woodpack Tongue Drums and the ability to run them straight into a recording console makes a big difference in the way they come across in real world conditions. I would highly recommend Woodpack Tongue Drums to anyone looking for a World class Tongue Drum instrument...., Superb tuning, very Portable and great pricing for such a beautiful handmade instrument. This Instrument is perfect! Best wooden tongue drum I’ve played ever! Masterful woodworking. Its sound is a whole new dimension! in fact the instrument sounds even better than videos I watched. Balanced sound, tuned overtones and strong vibrations that can be felt by the body. The pickup in the instrument is very helpful when playing with a looper and with various effects (reverbs, delays), thanks to which you can create ambient music or world music sounds. I’m happy with Express shipping and packaging of the WoodPack so that it is delivered in the best condition! My instrument arrived yesterday and I love it so much! It was hard to stop playing it even though it had gotten way past time to go to sleep for the night.

I have to admit that I was a little nervous to make such a significant purchase, item unseen in person, from so far away in the world, but I shouldn’t have worried. The instrument was even better than I had expected! The sound is so beautiful and peaceful, but also intriguing and satisfying!

Whether you are an inexperienced or advanced musician, an occasional or passionate music lover or just looking for well-being and spiritual reconnection, this instrument, like a real precious treasure, brings a lot of joy, peace and relief. The instrument made of hardwood, quality and perfectly tuned, enjoys an impeccable finish giving it the status of a musical work of art. I own nine of them alone, in various tones, and I am deeply delighted and grateful at the same time....who knows, maybe the tenth will be offered to me by its designer in order to make my joy perfect . In the meantime, if you don't have one, you are missing something in your life, in your home, in your daily life .... don't hesitate to do yourself good in a healthy way!!!!

Boris is an absolute genius! He creates some of the most beautiful sounding instruments of all time, I have no idea how a human being can have such godly powers to make something sooo beautiful! The tongue drums are fun, very relaxing and calming and peaceful. Sounds like some cartoon Jungle music and I love it sooo much, I'd always wanted an instrument like this and I struck gold when I found it! Keep on doing what you do best Boris, you absolute legend!

Boris made a beautiful B minor drum for me. The craftmanship is fantastic! The design and layout of the notes is just brilliant and makes it very comfortable and intuitiv to play.
I ve choosen the model with internal mic. The sound is really good but keep in mind you need some work with the EQ to get good results. All in all a beautiful Instrument and highly recommended.

The Woodpack instruments are the best wooden tongue drums we have ever encountered. They are made with extra attention to detail, professionally tuned with beautiful overtones and the bonus is they look amazing as well. They are very intuitive to play so anyone can enjoy them from small children to professional musicians. They are very good for sound therapy too, when you play them you are fully in the moment. Also hearing impaired people can play and enjoy the vibrations of this very special instrument. Highly recommended 🙂
